The location is excellent, very close to beach and also restaurants and bars. Eva and Yanis who run the place are very very nice and helpful. The pool and bar area in Tom and Johns adjacent to the apartments is also very nice and relaxing and well looked after. The apartment was super comfortable, the beds were great, the shower was great too. The balcony we had was ideal and private too. All in all a perfect stay.

We had a super great experience staying at Trenta Nove Studios! Our hosts and owners, Eva and Giannis, are incredibly sweet, hospitable and friendly! We were offered welcome drinks and even goodbye drinks!! The room we stayed at was large, with a nice bathroom (with hair shampoo & body shower gel), all newly renovated, and had everything we needed! Mirrors (incl. full body mirror), hairdryer, sleepers, closet, air conditioning, clean fluffy towels, fridge (supplied with water bottles and wine), kitchen sink, plates, glasses and cutlery, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee etc. The room was super well cleaned by a really nice lady who cleaned our room daily. Our room had a balcony with chairs and a table and a drying rack to hang our swimsuits and towels. It’s at the perfect location, 2min walk to the beach and 1min walk to super markets, restaurants, souvenir shops etc. We rented a car from the airport and Giannis showed us where we can safely park it. The area was generally quiet during the night. The owners also have a pool bar where you can have drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner while chilling at the pool :) Overall it was really great, and would highly recommend!!

Eva and Giannis are the nicest and frendliest hosts that I have ever met. Their hospitality and kindness are truly wonderful. The apartments are nice, comfortable and very clean. The beach is 1 minute from the apartment, if you prefer a pool, you can use the one that belong's to the pool bar that Eva and Giannis run. As a side note - I believe that Tsilivi is one of the best places on the island to stay. You have everything here - good beach and lots of restaurants, yet still to the airport, other beaches and places worth seeing. We will recommend the place to all of our friends willing to visit Zante.

The kitchen may not suit your needs if you want to cook big meals. But with the massive number of restaurants around, I wouldn't expect you to do it.

Apartments totally modernised and very clean and run by a lovely couple who strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The safe and air con is also included in the price and not extra like a lot of other places. Excellent wifi signal as well. Apartment less than 100m from the beach and we could even see the see from our balcony. We also had the use of Tom and Johns pool which was about 50m away.

It was absolutely wonderful in the Trenta Nove Studios! Eva and Jannis are such friendly and helpful people, they do everything to make you feel comfortable. The room is spacious, nice renovated bathroom and it is cleaned daily. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach, not far from restaurants and bars, but still located so that there is no noise at night. The price-performance ratio is great, although their special service would also deserve more money. I can only warmly recommend everyone to come here. There is also a pool bar practically around the corner, the pool is freely accessible. The cocktails are delicious. Everything was really perfect, but what really stands out is the special warmth of Eva and Jannis. They make you feel like "family".

The location of the modern/comfortable Trenta Nove Studios were absolutely perfect!! Cleanliness, comfort of my room was 5* and very quiet accommodation at night. The hosts, who manage this accommodation were very professional, friendly and superb in every way, which made my stay even more enjoyable (nothing was ever too much trouble for them, as they always strived to ensure my stay was a perfect one).

There was absolutely nothing whatsoever I didn’t like.

Trente nove is a fantastic apartment beds are the best I've ever stayed in on a holiday. Cleaned every day ..toilet and shower are great. .location stones throw to the beach all all the shops and bars cant rate it highly enough. And the host Ava and yannis and the team they have there are fantastic always on the go and nothin to much trouble to help and get you anything..the pool bar is great run by ava and Yannis food amazing and the atmosphere is brilliant. Nothing everythin was perfect

Everything was great! The couple running the studios and the pool bar next doors are the sweetest. If you have any issue they will resolve it immediately for you. The location is great as well, it is very close to the beach and very close to the center of planos. I have 0 complaints about the room either, there is a very good airconditioning system if the room is too warm. It is very clean and the room gets cleaned everyday. I would definitely recommend and if we go back to Zakynthos this is definitely the place where we will be staying!

Location is perfect - close to the beach in a quiet area (if the nearby Seacret bar isn't blasting music loudly!), supermarket across the road, swimming pool and bar nearby (run by the Trenta Nove owners), and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, clubs, and shops. The room has been recently renovated to a very nice standard and modern design. The kitchen area is well equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, kettle, toaster, a small fridge/freezer. My room had a nice shaded balcony with distant sea view. My father's wife had to go to hospital with a third stroke and we unfortunately had to call Yanni and Eva at 3:30am. Yanni got up to help us with the ambulance etc, in case they did not speak English, and gave us the emergency number. They are a lovely family, cannot do enough for you, and always greet you with a warm and friendly smile. I would definitely book again! Thanks guys, for taking care of us all! Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

Needs more storage for clothes. Doors would be better replaced with more soundproofing (like the studios below) for more isolation from noise outside.

WOW, so this is one of the rare places where hosts treat you like they would like to be treated. Cheers to you Eva & Yannis, fabulous people. About the accomodation - we've had a modern ground floor studio (very nice bathroom) with a small garden equiped with a table & sunbeds. Soundproofing from outside noises is perfect, this is really important for a good rest. About the area: villa is located at the end of the commercial & restaurant area, but just minutes away both from good restaurants, bars, Zante Town bus stop & the superb relaxation-oriented Tsilivi beach, with small waves and shallow water. Added bonuses: We received welcome drinks when we arrived. You can use the pool at the Tom&John snack-bar, owned by the same great hosts (1 minute away). Got helped with all the little things we needed. Cleaning was done daily, brooming + moping, trash emptying & bed making. We would definitely stay here again if back in Zakynthos!

Not cons, just 2 suggestions: the 2 separate beds could be replaced with a king-size; a vacuum would better suit the cleaning process inside the room, instead of the broom that sometimes raises dust
