We were very satisfied with the accommodation which was spacious, clean and in very good condition. Nice big terrasse too. The lady in charge of managing and cleaning is very helpful and kind. The host also provided all info we requested quite readily. The apartment is an easy 10 min on foot to the beach (and closest to the part of the beach that is less crowded). The beach is perfect for small children (shallow, sand outside and inside after the first couple of meters of small stones, quite warm waters). The location of the apartment is very central, over a supermarket and a great cafe/bakery (great for breakfast), as well as the village's main taxi stop and a bus stop to the capital of the island. WiFi was quite stable.

Small things. Being quite central, means it can get a bit noisy at night but normally nth that cannot be settled by closing the windows and opening the air condition. Everything calms down anyway after 1.00 in the night. Our balcony was near the chimney of the souvlaki place downstairs and that meant some smell coming our way when sitting in the balcony (at least while the souvlaki place was open) but that is not sth the owner of the accommodation can do much about to be honest. Other rooms may not have this problem.

We stayed here eight nights. We had a great time. Central location near to small shops and restaurants. Convenient free parking, right below the apartment there is a bakery and a market. the nearest beach is a 10 min walk away. We see other beatches from north to south and as the location of the house was 20 to 40 min from all the ones we were interested in. Cleaning of the flat every day, towel change every two days and every three days also the sheets. Huge terrace with hanging chair loved by the baby. We are also grateful that there were also beach toys, inflatables and beach umbrellas available for everyone. Alexandra available for questions via whatsapp and call. Thanks for everything!

only two electric burners for heating or cooking, access only via stairs which is difficult with strollers and children, terrace exposed to afternoon sun without curtains so little or no use of the terrace in that hours

The bed could have been more comfortable

Hygiene was exceptional. Really clean accommodation, daily cleaning and good working airconditioning. The room and the balcony were really spacious. A locker, ironing machine, drying reck, large fridge, freezer, cutlery, hairdryer all included. Great location, 5min walk to the nearest beach. Lots of restaurants, tavernas, bakeries and puns nearby. Supermarket next to the accommodation. The first evening the whole accommodation unfortunately had water supply problems. Owner Alexandra immediately called the plumber, and it was fixed after maximum two hours. Special thanks to housekeeper Vasiliki for the great care of the room, we really appreciated everything!

Everything was fantastic.

Beautiful clean apartment right in the centre of tsilivi. The apartment has a everything you need including a full sized ironing board. Air conditioning and safe included in the price.

The spiral stairs might be a problem for some people.

Clean spacious room with all amenities. Central location on the main street of Tsilivi with plenty of restaurants and bars below. Quiet room though despite the central location. Walking distance from the beach. Friendly staff, always eager to help.

No lift. Big terrasse but the first floor apartments are overlooking the roof of the restaurant below giving it an industrial feel.

We have stayed at Koukos Loft before and it is a definite favourite! The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is central to the resort and in easy reach of the beach. Thank you so much to Vasiliki for looking after us and to Alexandria for the upgrade ... much appreciated. Excellent location. Lovely staff. Large rooms. Easy check in.

There were 3 adults in my party and we all found the pillows uncomfortable however we did ask for more and they were provided. The bed was also uncomfortable though this is my second stay, I stayed in a different room last time and the bed was exceptional.

Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Tsilivi. I was a bit worried the apartment would be noisy due to its location, however, it was possibly the quietest place we have stayed! Spotlessly clean, everything you need is provided and it has a very comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Alexandria and Vasiliki!

The apartment was clean and very spacious , ideal for anyone who wants somewhere that’s very close to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A 3 or so minute walk to the beach . Very enjoyable stay thanks to Alexandra and Vasiliki
