The staff was great, very polite, very attentive with kids and with the clients. The room was cleaned every day, the pool area and the garden was very clean, the food always fresh with a good variety, they helped us with baby friendly food. The hotel has a free private beach with sunbeds, they provide beach towels every day, the beach is just across the hotel, one minute walk. It's a sandy beach, ideal for baby, crystal clear water..The hotel has free private parking, spa zone, gym and a little space for the kids in the backyard. The city center is available by walking or driving, it's 20 min walk to the port.

Nice hotel, poolside room we moved to after 2days was quiet and comfortable. Pool is decent size, with nice exterior.

Seeview rooms are actually overlooking busy main road, so not really ideal if you’re looking for a piece and quiet. Both rooms we were in had smelly drains. Jacuzzi didn’t work.

The property was beautiful, a great beach hotel with all the amenities. Right across the street from the beach with free chairs and umbrellas. We had a great room for our family of 4. There was a buffet breakfast every morning with lots of options which was perfect. The location was great could walk to old port Rethymno. We rented a car and drove all over Crete so being located in the middle was perfect. The staff was nice and sincere and very helpful. Everything was always clean. Thank you Atlantis Beach Hotel!!

Exceptional breakfast. location great. Wonderful view of the sea from our room. Bed comfortable and room exceptional. comfortable sunbeds on beach and wifi worked there. Brilliant staff in all areas - particularly Chrissie on reception, Nikos and George at the bar. The girl who cleaned our room excellent. High quality of fixtures and fittings. Dining room with sea view very good. A totally luxurious hotel. loved it.

the bar lacked atmosphere. would have liked a light dinner as an option in the evening - maybe in the bar not dining room.

really nice hotel, around a 15 min walk to the harbour/old town but the walk up has some really nice bars and places to eat along it, beach across the road is nice and beds were easy to obtain the breakfast was a good standard with lots of hot and cold options, eggs, hashbrowns lots of cheeses and meats and the bread was good quality all the staff were friendly and genuine, the hotel was spotless rethymno old town is charming and beautiful, loads of places to eat, the bars just before the harbour had a cool feel to them with music playing and beautiful decor the pool area of the hotel is nice with a bar and music on, it looks better in real life than in the pictures, allthough the pool temp was a little cold overall would deffo stay here again and would reccomend rethymno as a holiday destination

only downside, we booked a sea view room and were given the ground floor room which is overlooked by people walking past and the view of the sea isnt as good from those rooms, we asked at reception to move up a level to the 1st floor which they did for us the next morning once a room was free up there

+ large room and modern design + bath in the room in addition to shower + own beach for free across the street + good variety of breakfast + quite easy to find sunbed by the pool and at beach although hotel fully sold out + free parking in own parking + good quality room cleaning

- opening hours of breakfast until 10, could be until 11, before 10 over crowded - price level quite high, although in line with peers - ca 2 km walking to main restaurants area

We were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful room with a great sea view.

My first time in Crete-Rethymno @ Atlantis Beach Hotel The hotel is very well situated : in front of the beach, 12 min walk to the old city, few restaurants and great bars around. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are clean and very nice. The buffet for the breakfast and the supper are delicious, with a lot of food variety. The beach is also great with sunbeds and an awesome beach service. The staff, the BEST Staff ever: A BIG THANK YOU : Konstantina, Erika, Angelica, Adrianna, Olga, Georges and Georges , Manos, Stelios, Kristou, Nikos, Khaled and for sure Yiannis…… you guys are amazing and made our vacations… just a dream

Location is amazing! Perfect for a seaside walk or run! Hotel is close to many restaurants and shops! A 20 minute walk to the port! The staff is welcoming and hospitable! Our room was impeccable, VERY modern and provided the comforts of home! Breakfast was PLENTIFUL and DELICIOUS! HUGE array of choices!! The restaurant also offers lunch and dinner options!
