Great location for shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants. Room was very clean and very pleasant. The balcony is huge with two sun-beds and a jacuzzi. Housekeeper cleaned the room every day and they even provided a nice bottle of wine on our arrival. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The place was bit hard to find and parking was a nightmare. Super busy area with lots of traffic. However, the staff guided us to park near by for 5€ a day, but somedays it was full. Also, there is a nightclub right next door and it’s quite loud every night. It didn’t bother us so much but if you are looking for peace and quiet, maybe not so peaceful. They offer sea views, but the beach right in front of the property is not so clean and you can see industrial ships and a ferry. It’s more like a port. Lastly, the pillows were super high and hard and not so comfortable for the neck. The staff bought us new ones, but even these were too high and uncomfortable. In conclusion very nice room, good aircon and clean.

Our staying in Omma Suites was very special & we had a great time. The location is just fantastic, you are middle in the center and close to the sea. The room are just incredible, super modern, clean and very comfy;-) And the sea -view is just stunning 🤩The staff are just AMAZING-very helpful, supportive and just lovely from every point of view. Thank you so much for all your efforts and this great customer service, we loved it.

perfect location - literally 5-7 minutes walk from the beach 12 euro for 2 sun beds, restaurants of all price ranges , clubs - there s a nice one like 2 minutes away, tourist objectives, bus stops. you can also tell everything is new and well taken care of - someone cleaned the room every day. the apartment is very modern as well with electric drapes, auto AC, smart tv and an overall clean design.

the timer for the light and ventilation in the toilet are way to short and close on you every 5 seconds even if you are standing up and the jacuzzi in the room may require some extra attention as it can spill water right in front of the entrance to the apartment

The property was spacious, clean and so lovely. It is located in the heart of the centre and everything is close by. The interior jacuzzi was nice and clean and really big for 2 people which is great. The mattress was comfortable and we had a great sleep. Manousos was one of a kind!! Thank you for the warm welcome!!

It is not that I did not like about. This is as a recommendation. On the shower it has to be fixed the roll on changer which is for the rain shower and the hand shower, also the door of the shower has to be done something because water was coming out while we were taking shower. Slippers would be useful to be provided. The lights of the room should be more warm and the light of jacuzzi in my opinion had to be blue or purple. But those are not a big deal. The property is stunning!

One of the most beautiful accommodations we‘ve ever been to! The room is furnished just so nice and lovely and with many little pretty details. Highlight was of course the whirlpool on the outside with the harbour-view. Only critical point: next to the suites is a bar/ club which played loudly music till deep in the night. Anything else was just perfect and we can highly recommend this beautiful place which is located in the heart of the lovely old town of Rethymno! It‘s definitely worth its price and I would love to go there as soon as possible again. So if you consider to book it- go for it, I promise you will not regret it!

Staff friendly and helpful and the location is so central

Our room didn’t have the sea view .. and the balcony quite small but will consider those rooms for the next trip Also the restaurant that served breakfast was not that great, with poor service and didn’t have everything on the menu which had a limited choice already

Staff was incredible, loved reception and loved the cleaning whilst we weren’t in the room. Facilities inside the room was amazing, big and open, security was good, felt very safe, staff could be trusted, A lot of variety. Housekeeping again was incredible. Location was brilliant, right next restaurants and easy access to local markets.

We had luckily the corner room. Airco was working very well. Ideal if you like and can sleep with closed windows and airco on. Nice view because of the corner room. Very good shower. Close to the center.

Not possible to leave a window open because of the very loud bars. Not enough shade/umbrellas on the terras to enjoy the jacuzzi and terras. Choose of breakfast is limited.

The room was really nice. The shower was great as it had hot water and great pressure. The outside area was comfortable and had a pretty nice view. The hosts were very responsive and nice. They were going to hold onto our bags for us the day we checked out but we decided to leave to get to our next destination.

The room is pretty close to a restaurant/club that plays loud music until 3 am.
