The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was plenty big, the bathroom was also spacious and had all the amenities. the hotel pool despite being small, was still perfect and not crowded at all. The breakfast was super nice, and had many varieties. The coffee machine in the room made a delicious esspresso to start your day properly. staff was very friendly and helped with the parking, you could drop off your keys at the recepion and they would provided vallet services.

the mattress on the extra bed was very firm, could not sleep on it at all. other than that all was perfect.

✅We had room 208. The bed was very comfortable, clean and fresh. Bathroom is ok, you have everything you need. The climate control works with minimum temperature 27 Celsius, but was all fine. 2 free coffe and tea in the room expressor. ✅You have a valet that helps you with bagage. Free parking in underground parking space or near the Hotel. That was nice. ✅The breakfast was great. Alot to choose from. The breakfast its from 7:30 to 10:30. You cant go wrong with their breakfast. ✅The pool is kinda small with few sunbeds. The bar drinks are okish. They bring you fresh towels everytime. Water for free. ✅The reception and the whole staff were amazing.

❗Its like 2.7km away from promenade. But its a easy walk. Taxi can cost you 2-6 euros to promenade.  ❗The dinner menu had only a few dishes to choose from. I suggest to go out for dinner rather than take it in Hotel.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and helped us with anything we needed. The pool was nice and not crowded. The breakfast was good enough.

The walls are extremely thin. You can hear absolutely everything from the adjacent rooms. The location is quite far from the waterfront and the center, however you have a bus option but you have to walk a bit. We used Freenow but is an expensive option. I suggest you rent a car or bring your own car when visiting Thessaloniki.

Excellent hotel. Free parking makes it less stressful than arriving at a hotel in the centre with no parking Lovely poool area. I came in from the extremely hot streets one afternoon and the barman at the poolbar immediately brought a glass of iced water to my table. Great service. There are some good restaurants locally. Peskandrítsa is better than any restaurant I have visited in the centre. Wonderful black spaghetti.

Well the location is not great. It's quite a long walk to the centre; I like walking but the problem it is not a nice walk at all. Taxi varied from 7 to 10 euros.

Rooms was comfortable, the hotel was nice

I stay the two previous nights which where great but unfortunately for this night I had to move rooms which I didn’t understand why as it was literally the same room on a different level, the room was cold & the hook on the wall to lower the shower was broke/missing, I informed the staff at check out and they said that should’ve informed them about it being cold but I woke up at about 3am shaking so I was really in a good state to get dressed and make my way to reception or to call them as I would need to get dressed too but it would be hard for me to go to sleep again, so I decided to change my hotel because of this reason

Confortable bed, we found parking in front of the hotel, very welcoming receptionist who upgraded the room to a very dpacious Junior Suit for free, waiter gave us a bottle of water for free.

Location - very far from city centre, the peripheral area is a bit unpleasant, swimming pool was closed at 7pm when we arived and still unopen at 11:30 am when we left; poor quality breakfast; unpleasant view from the balcony; poor restaurant service and aspect (like a cantina).

The hotel is smaller than it looks in the picture and it needs a bit of refurbish. It's a good hotel for transitioning, if you want to rest before continuing your travel. Very good breakfast. Overall it was ok.

The pool was closed. The restaurant food was average, service was the same. The furniture and bathroom looked old, and the cleaning service could be better.

Very clean and comfortable, decor of rooms, wood floors, coffee machine and even a C.D player which really cheered me up as I had with me my favourite C.D. loved the bathroom and the deep tub and the shower pressure is wonderful. it is also very quiet. Staff top class, so helpful, patient, professional and friendly, best I have encountered. stayed an extra night because so relaxed here! I’d booked another property and upon arriving it was nothing like the photos and so bad I could not stay. This was the third hotel I went to and I k ew straight away from the lobby it was as described.

Loungers by the pool need replacing.
