Location: - 20 minutes by foot to Ferries station to reach the beaches - 5 minutes by foot to Train station and Bus station - 30 minutes by foot to White Tower - 20 minutes by foot to restaurants area and the boardwalk - 10 seconds by foot to convenience store Cleanliness: - Rooms are tidied daily. Bed sheets are changes daily. - Pool is clean and well maintained. Free clean pool towels. Good selection of food and drinks. - Friendly staff. Beds: - On the harder side by that is a good thing for the correct posture during sleep. Other: - Great selection for breakfast and a traditional Greek bakery 1 minute away by foot, baking daily pitas, cake. etc.

- A bit noisy due to proximity of the main boulevard and the air cons.

The location is super and the hotel is very nice for the value of money. Very clean and spacious.

Although I did ask specifically for parking, when we arrived, the staff told me the parking was full and that we can park anywhere on the street with the hope we won't be bothered by the police because it was Christmas Eve. I don't think this was fair and its in the hotel to find alternative spots for parking if their parking is full. i was traveling with a child.

Staff very friendly, everywhere very clean. We had a suite, 2 queen size beds and a jacuzzi bath. Heaven!!! Private underground parking available for a supplement, very useful. Not the cheapest of hotels but well worth the money. About a 20 minute walk to the seafront. Excellent buffet breakfast , lots of choice. Bar prices good value. The highlight was the rooftop pool was not meant to open until mid May but was open! So lovely to relax and swim after sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing, but if I had to say something, paper cups in room for hot drinks. Would have preferred china ones.

The staff at the hotel are professional, knowledgeable in several languages, and made me feel like a VIP on arrival. I liked that the property is close to several shops, restaurants, and a bus station (where you can catch the bus to other cities in Greece and neighboring countries). The hotel offers several amenities and has a very luxurious feel, but offers room at very affordable rates in a location that is within walking distance of several major landmarks. During my stay, I enjoyed a delicious lunch at the hotel's bar and I got to try several local Greek dishes during breakfast. I enjoyed this hotel very much and the service and ambience of the place far exceeded my expectations. If I ever come back, I truly hope to stay here again!

I wish the Hammam and spa that were on the property had been running during my stay. I also wish that the rooftop pool had been open and that the mini-bars inside the rooms would offer more than just bottled water.

Large Hotel with its own parking garage. Well staffed, very friendly. When I checked in the woman at the check-in counter was hasseled by an very impolite couple, but she remained friendly and corteous to these people. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. I could not try the breakfast because I had an early leaving flight.

The hotel seems a bit worn (but definitely not dirty, it is indeed clean). It has its charm, but don't expect modern freshly polished surfaces.

The room was big enough for our needs. Lots of storage within the room. Both beds had a good mattress. The shower pressure was excellent. Breakfast was quite good. Swimming pool was good, no need to fight for a sunbed! Small convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket nearby. Restaurants and cafés nearby. The train station is a few minutes away. Bus stop to the airport a few minutes walk from the hotel. We walked everywhere.

Many guests don't know how to behave and were noisy at night time or were doing stupid things at the pool. The sink in the bathroom was pretty but not so functional. There were works like at 7am in the building next door. Aircon wasn't working.

Clean and spacious room (needs some updates), very clean bathroom. Staff during check in and check out was very polite and nice. Breakfast was good, standard choices, very spacious breakfast area. Rooftop pool bar was good, pool was a nice choice as there was a heatwave at the time of stay

More breakfast options and mainly some traditional of the area would be appreciated, as well as the selection of fresh juice. Coffee variety was nice and elevated breakfast.

Plenty of staff at all departments, with excellent professionalism and a kindness towards the guest. Very easy check in - check out process. The room was very comfortable, the roof swimming pool was great offering a chill out experience. The breakfast was great with a huge variety of items to chose.

The bathroom needs a little bit of innovation. Would expect some extra room amenities given the price of the room.

Great location, in a city center, very important that it has private underground garage which can be reached with the elevator. Clean rooms, large and with lots of space for clothes and other stuff. Good breakfast. Staff very polite and helpfull. This is second time that we stay here and we will definitely be back next time when we vist Thessaloniki.

Everything was great, room was always cleaned and restock water, Staff was always helpful, hotel looked great, it was faraway 15-20minutes from thessaloniki port, But worth it to take Walk, hotel had aircondition on point, breakfast was allright, excellent pastry and scrambled eggs and so much more, just outside was too hot in august up to 38 so maybe if you dont like too hot choose different month of the year, But hotel was worth it, pool on the roof was also beautiful
