The location, breakfast and the pool was a delight. Also being able to stay away from other rooms was nice in the sense of silence. And if you have a car being able to park in the basement under a shadowed/cool place is priceless in this hot weather

A little renovation might be nice, also some amenities were missing in our room, compared to what was advertised. We didnt need them so it wasn’t a problem for us.

The room was enormous and had good airconditioning. The balcony was large and contained clothes airer. The WiFi connection was perfect as there was an access point in the room. The hotel has free underground parking, which is an excellent service especially for summer. One remark: Not every room in the hotel is handicapped accessible, so be sure to inform the hotel in advance if you have such a need.

The faucets in the bathroom was rusty. There were too many steps to reach the room. It was very tiring to climb these steps and carry suitcases in the heat of summer.

The sea is only 1 minutes by walk. family friendly . This is my fourth visit to Chios, and this is the most beautiful, family friendly hotel. the breakfast is fantastic. staff is helpfull. rooms are very wide, even you can cook if you want in the room. very near to sea and food places.

The only thing is you have to walk somehow uphill for 1 minutes.

Beautiful resort next to Karfas beach (2 min. walk). Spacious, comfortable room, large balcony, daily cleaning, rich breakfast, parking underneath the studios of each building, small swimming pool. 

The swimming pool needed to be cleaner and most important, the Wi-Fi was not functioning properly.

Very close to the beach, rooms are extra large and includes a kitchen with a real fridge that you can buy and keep everything cool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is not very crowded. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Includes nearly everything. The first and best holiday of my 2years old daughter yet. Thanks a lot!

Hair dryer wasnt there, toilet cover was broken but i never complain about them.

Amazing breakfast, limitless food&drink with very very good quality.

Room service should be upgraded. Our TV was not operate/open from the first date. We asked for replacement of remote batteries but reception could not find where the spare batteries are. Day after, another lady from reception easily find and give spare batteries, but unluckly Remote control is not a part of the TV problem. TV itself is a broken. WE COULD NOT USE THE TV ENTIRE 4 DAYS VISIT. Pool bottom surface must be cleaned because lots of hair and other dirt sit on the bottom surface of pool.

We enjoyed the swimming pool and the view from the room. The all you can eat breakfast was also good.

The internet was really slow There was not a good coffee to drink at the breakfast. Only instant coffee.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Just one thing bothering, they told that I will on check out but they want it one day before, it felt weird like they do not trust the customers

Receptionist decided all what we asked,also ordered for our little girl birthday cake. The stuff was very helpful, always smile and welcoming.

It would be good if at all rooms hotel added coffee and tea

Excellent hospitality, very friendly people, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended hotel and location. Great place to explore the island. We only stayed for 5 days however we should have stayed longer as the island of Chios is a gem. Wonderful beaches, great food, a great place to relax.

Karfas beach is not the best but we had a car so not a big deal.
