The view from our 5th floor balcony overlooking the harbour and entire seafront was stunning. The swimming pool was just the right temperature and there was also an on call lifeguard at all times - handy if you have small children. The sunbeds, however, were very uncomfortable with no mattresses provided.

Unfortunately, all of the above was spoilt by the cold and spartan cooked breakfast. The bacon was also cold and the fried eggs only warm if you waited until the dish was replenished. The rest was adequate. The restaurant was rarely open evenings so do not book half board.

Almost everything. The location was perfect, rooms, baths were clean & renovated, staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite sufficient for a non-morning family.

By judging from their appearance, I think the owners of the hotel are also working at front desk and restaurant areas. I suggest that they should smile more :-) I know tourism sector can be real frustrating sometimes but hiring professionals with this respect may transfer such burdens to people who are paid. Also, the night audit at the front desk should be deployed at another department where does not require any communication. We're unfortunately did not hear any welcoming word nor see a friendly attitude ... I know it was 4:30 am in the morning but it was not our preference to show up that much early but forced to disembark from Piraeus ferry at that time.

Eleni was most helpful and am grateful for the Sea View room! Bed very clean and comfortable. Beautiful balcony, everything I needed was available. Wish I could have stayed a second night! I would most definitely STAY HERE AGAIN. Great staff. Especially at the front desk.

More air conditioning in the main areas such as lobby and restaurant would be nice. The walls in the bathroom are paper thin. In the morning someone was showering and it sounded like they were in my bathroom, flushing the toilet in my bathroom, etc. A fan for the bathroom after shower is needed to let out steam, and the carpets in hallways need changing (on 1st floor at least.) But it’s ok for a short stay and wasn’t really a big problem. Pool is covered by a net in the evening so if you have a late check-in, you won’t be able to swim until the next day.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were also happy with the free upgrade. Breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety. Accommodation in the harbor view and ease of transportation are the advantages of the hotel. We think it is the best hotel on the island.

In a 4-star hotel, necessary arrangements must be made to allow baby strollers. You must carry the baby stroller with you when climbing the stairs to enter the hotel and go to the elevator. We recommend that this situation be arranged by the hotel management.

Classic old hotel. Location and views are exceptional. Probably best in hios. . Needs place for parking. Better planning of rooms. We had two rooms and both rooms door hit cabinets when opening.

Very dated. Needs a thorough cleaning and an upgrade restore it to its old grandeur as the best in Hios!!!

The central location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room, the view from the balcony, and the breakfast were very good and satisfying.

The time indicated for the breakfast service is from 7 AM to 10 AM. Even if we did not have a problem, we think 10 AM is a bit early to end up the service and could be rearranged for 11 AM at least. Also, the water boiler (kettle) and slippers were missing from the room, but they were quickly met at our request. Thank you for your service.

They were so kind to meet our late check out request, which meant a lot. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast was nice. The overall environment was nice and elegant. Very close to restaurants and cafes.

Our room was advertised as sea view, but it faced the sea from one side and from the balcony, not from the room. I wish it was explained so that I could have paid more for the better sea view rooms.

Close to city center, clean rooms, wide range food&drink at breakfast, 10 minutes to seaport and central bus stops by walk, 3 km away from airport, nice swimming pool

Breakfast may have more traditional products such sausages, more cheese types, beef. Indeed, there could be halal/kosher deli meat&milk

The breakfast was perfect, everyday. The Chandris Team are wonderful! We slept well. The hotel was our starting point every day. We rented a 7 passenger van. Parking was easy. The Team also shared destination ideas daily.

Don’t take my romantic place to stay answer the wrong way. Chandris is located in the city and served us well.
