We loved the room, it was spacious with amazing views and amazing chairs to sit and relax on the balcony. The lighting in the room was sufficient to do my makeup properly - which in most hotels you can not experience. The room was cleaned regularly and therapy. The staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had many choices it was quite nice.

Maybe some will find this very strange, but the bed was never compeletaly made as the sheets can never be straightened on the bed. The sheets on the bed were too small for the size of the bed and could not be tucked in, so they were scrunched all the time in the middle of the bed. It was quite annoying. I would not mention this if we would not had a premium room. The breakfast could be 5 star if.. They would include any type of gluten free options and make sure eggs are actually edible when guests arrive. The baked eggs and omelets are put on hot plates and heated for so long that they become plastic-like. In some cases, they were even greyish-green. It is a thing to fix as the other things on the menu are amazing,

The location is excellent: near the center, quiet, parking options, near to the Zante Town Beach. The design is practical and nice. The personnel is professional. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The breakfast buffet is good and full of choices. The Internet is very good. VPN and remote desktop work fine. It is an excellent choice for staying in Zakinthos.

The reception of TV is poor, however, it seems to be related to the broadcast signal. I recommend using internet TV or similar.

When you enter the hotel, you are greeted with a wonderful entrance, a wonderful smell and a friendly reception.breakfast is a la carte but we didn't eat it. They had menus and reception made us very welcome. they upgraded our room without us asking.The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is very close to the city center and the hotel was very quiet. I will stay again when I come back. I would also like to thank the friendly and helpful staff.

The staff is very nice ,helpful,always smiling,we felt really valued as customers. We had a suite with sea view,large and fitted with all necessary things.We could check in as soon as we arrived(in the morning). Breakfast was very good. Location is close to the city harbour ,shops and restaurants but also near a small pebble beach.

Great hotel! Completely renovated and modern with well furnished rooms. It is located about 5 minutes walk from the center, so very quiet in the evening. There is free parking right in front of the building where you can park your car. We booked a suite with sea view, it was really spacious, cleaned every day. Abundant and wide choice breakfast with the possibility of a personalized menu. The staff was great, very friendly and very helpful in any request! They can help you rent a car and suggest the most beautiful parts of the island. I can only highly recommend it!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Lovely place to stay:) New hotel and great location. Minutes to walk to town center and across the sea, although not a sandy beach. Best one (about 25min drive) Banana Beach. Staff was really nice, polite and very helpful. They served us some cold drinks and something sweet at the check-in and although we arrived earlier do to our flight they manage to get ready two rooms quicker. They recommended places to go, nice restaurants and also helped us book a boat trip. Rooms are very well cleaned, (every day)and everything needed is provided.

The breakfast was ok, but not too many choices for people with intolerances or allergies (at least dairy free products) but they did provide some almond milk upon request.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the town, and is opposite a small beach area where you can swim and rent sun beds. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, delicious food and there was loads of variety including cooked food. The room is very modern with great finishing touches such as robes and slippers and nice toiletries. It had a balcony and the bed was very comfy! The area is close to bars and restaurants, and we enjoyed being in the main town.

The floors did feel as though they needed mopping in the bathroom - but that is the only very minor fault we would have with our stay! It was otherwise excellent.

Room 301 is beautiful and the balcony looks over the calm and very pretty mountainside. The staff of the hotel are super polite and helped us take care of every request! (Restaurant, tour, rightseeing and car rental) Thank you so much!
