The view is amazing 😍, exactly like in the pictures. Also, you have a kitchen on the hallway. The rooms are very clean and they are cleaned periodically. Pay attention to the location, is not in Vasilikos, is Xirokastello. The nearest beach, Kaminia is ok if you don't want something too fancy, but other than that, a fancier beach is just at 5km, Banana Beach.

The view of the apartment was beautiful!! Especially during the night and the early morning. Comfy beds and spacious bathroom. The nearest beach is Kaminia beach, 15 minutes by feet with no extra charge for sunbeds and has a decent bar/restaurant.

The apartment doesn't have a kitchen on its own, but has a shared one for all the guests. The only thing included is a basic fridge. Although there was a wall mounted tv, the remote control was nowhere to be found.

.The panoramic view was absolutely fantastic...not too far from beach a bit of a steep hill walk back up. There was also a lovely restaurant next door called Windmill Restaurant and food was fantastic and friendly staff

Quiet location with lovely views. Near a quiet beach but a very steep hill. Very close to supermarket and a few tavernas despite remote location.

No contact from the owner until late evening to check we had arrived. Just found an apartment with a key in the door after walking around the property and presumed it was our room.

We were welcomed by no one, everything by phone, keys left on the room for check in. Outdated decoration and state of studio, lock on the door felt a bit unsecured.

The beach is nice with waves and setup as a cozy retreat, one of the few beaches with waves. There is a terrace just on the beach that has good food and friendly staff. Most of the dishes are Greek. The best part is having a drink and listen to the waves.

The rooms. First we had a room that smelled awful and was not ventilated for some time, then we asked for a different room, that was better, with a better bathroom and more ventilated. Still all the furniture is very old with that old musty smell, there was no air conditioning for any room at the ground floor, the walls are very thin and most of the doors are creaking and smashing so you can hear everything. All furniture is very old with the specific old smell and the bed frames are metal. Another annoying thing was the lack of a mosquito net that was ripped apart, and because of lack of air conditioning, you have to keep the balcony doors opened, which means tons of mosquitoes. On top of all of this, the sewer is nearby and when the wind blows from that direction you can imagine the smell... There is one common kitchen with its terrace and the fridge smelled awful.
