Great location, within 20 minutes walking distance of any restaurant in Argasi. Lovely pool right on seafront with access into the sea. Plenty of sunbeds, no need to get up early to reserve. Great view from balcony sea view rooms. Clean room, fresh towels every couple days. Reception staff helped us book a couple taxis.

Breakfast was the same every day, not great but will do. Reception staff were a bit unhelpful when going to banana beach, had to pay for a taxi back as they had put the wrong bus times on a sheet of paper and then weren’t very apologetic when told. Put do not disturb sign on door a few times and cleaner came in anyway

Location, view from the room looking straight out at the sea

No cushions on the sunbeds, road noise, and noise from adjoining room, breakfast a bit repetitive could have done with a toaster

The location - near to bars and restaurants. The reception staff - Anna-Maria and Elizabeth were warm, welcoming, professional and helpful! The daytime pool bar staff were good. The pool. The sea and the easy access to it.

The breakfast - poor; food was cold. The breakfast staff (apart from just one morning); they were surly, bordering on rude. The pool bar is such a missed opportunity. They could be selling ready-made sandwiches, crisps/potato chips, cakes, etc. They don't. The rubbish on the little strip of beach - it would have taken ten minutes to pick up the litter, but nobody did. A real shame because otherwise this area is gorgeous.

Location was right on the beach. The swimming pool was a nice amenity. The snack bar and breakfast on site were an added bonus We had the top floor (Penthouse) which had a terrific view of the beach and pool area below.

We had the top floor (Penthouse) reached via elevator and then two flights of stairs. I would not have booked the room if I had known I was going to be carrying suitcases upstairs. We enjoyed the sea swimming but the location did not have an actual beach area.

Location is amazing, close to the city center with a lot of nice restaurants, close to Zante. Amazing views from a balcony, nice pool and small beach right next to the window.

I had very bad WiFi in a room and bad mobile internet connection as well, only next to the pool I could have normal WiFi. The guy who was working on a pool bar was absolutely not smiling, but rest of the staff was nice, polite and helpful

The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, but after a while it became monotonous, so towards the end of our stay we were looking for alternatives outside the hotel. The hotel is insanely well located, practically on the border of earth and heaven. Argassi is a very bustling town, but we did not feel any of it at night or even during the day at the accommodation. On the other hand, the sea view was stunning. Watching the sunrise over the sea from the balcony with a cup of coffee… well, that’s indescribable. I would also like to thank the staff for their unbelievable helpfulness, the maids for their thorough work, the reception for their kind, smiling, hospitable attitude. This is true for every single person on the island. A huge plus is that the beach is practically 50 meters from the hotel area, so you just think of it in the middle of the night and just go down naked for a swim :-)

I did not find much logic in the role of the shower curtain… it just hid the person sitting on the toilet from the open door, but the bathroom still flooded. Thanks to the 35 degree heat outside, the indoor sea lasted about 10 minutes. Another thing that I did not like at all was that I could not adjust the air conditioner louvers in any way so that they would not blow air towards the bed. So we turned it off and slept with the balcony door open instead. The mosquitoes spread this all over the town, there was a party at night, but we got used to each other. Fall asleep to the gentle roar of the sea… and there's nothing like it.

The location was impeccable. Right on the sea, and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Argassi but within easy walking distance or cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast doesn’t cater to everyone, especially those that prefer a warm breakfast. And there was no shower hook for the head, so we had to have a sit down shower, which isn’t ideal when trying to wash your hair.

The hotel restaurant is a semi-closed type, but the food was excellent, varied, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is immeasurable. Swimming pool with complete facilities, restaurant service and excellent access to the sea, which is about 25 meters away from the pool. The rooms are well equipped with a TV, a small fridge, air conditioning, a hair dryer and furniture on the terrace, from which there is a beautiful view.

I have no objection

Clean rooms, may be tired in places but very clean and comfortable. Typically Greek hotel. Near the edge of the village with some lovely restaurants very close.

The hotel pool is shared with the hotel next door which means there are really not enough loungers around the pool, although we visited late in the season which was OK for us.
