The resort conveniently had everything we needed: nice pool, sunny beach, several restaurants, and a spa on site. They also had a very helpful and honest concierge service, which helped us determine where to get the best rates on car rentals (hint: it's at the airport, even though you need to take a cab there). Location was wonderful, staff were attentive, public areas were constantly cleaned. We were really able to relax because of these things.

The phone in the room didn't always work well (we often had to just go down to the front desk to speak with them because the connection over the phone was very weak); no room service menu (and the cost of room service was the same as going to the full buffet: 40 Euros). Be mindful that when the folks at the front call a taxi for you, the taxi will start their meter from the time they get the call - generally adding another 10 to 15 Euros to the price - so you're better off finding a flat rate airport transfer in advance, or getting the contact information of a local taxi driver who won't do that.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, exceeded expectations. The beach, the view, the property were lovely. Also, we enjoy our patio - very nice to sit and relax with a view of the ocean. We liked the resort cats and chickens too : ) Also, it was easy to get to nice spots like Plage de la Datcha and Sainte Anne in our rented car.

The room and areas like the pool needed more upkeep - worn edges, water damage, mold, dust, etc. Parking the first night - it was really busy and frustrating although we finally found a spot in an odd place. The area around this hotel is very developed.

Nice hotel, close to the airport but still enough outside the city to have a nice clean beach nearby. Breakfast started at 6:00 which allowed use to profit from the jet lag. Nice common areas. Nice sea view from the selected room. Private hotel beach small but nice. Large enough facility to not be too crowded despite being fully booked.

The whole facility is nice but not overwhelmingly so to justify the rather high price. The area outside the hotel is a rather dull parking next to the Casino which is not exactly the best corner of Guadeloupe.

loved the animal friendly approach. There were many cats, kittens and chickens on the restaurant floor. it’s super cute, but you have to remember that chicken use the toilet when they feel like it - sometimes it means on the restaurant floor. It is not really what you want to see smell and step on during your breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The beach facilities were absolutely perfect and the hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was lovely and had great selection of hot and cold options.

We had a moment where we couldn't work the hot and cold function on the shower but we worked around it in the end. Checkout at 12 wasn't great as our flight was later on in the evening. They did accommodate with a shower room that we could use before leaving and we did have somewhere to put our luggage but it would have been a little more convenient for us to checkout a few hours later.

I liked the room and breakfast.

The Air Condition was spasmodic. However, I made a complaint and it was dealt with very quickly, except I had to move all my belongings to another beautiful Suite without any help, which I thought was not helpful.

The restaurant opened really early for breakfast (from 0600) which is perfect when you have woken early from jet lag and your body is convinced it is 11:00 in the morning. The resort is beautifully laid out with several buildings connected by outdoor walkways. At the front of each room is a private balcony so you are not overlooked. The staff very helpful and the pizza from the beach bar are enormous. The concierge service is amazing and arranged a wonderful range of excursions for us to discover Guadeloupe.

We booked one night at La Creole Beach as our flight was on Friday and we had a week booked at the same resort starting on Saturday. They had told me by email that the bookings would be joined up and we would not have to change room. Unfortunately the reservation department never passed this message onto reception so we did have to change rooms [and the reception were kept saying this could not be done - even after seeing the email from their own reservation department]. Our first room was laid out as a twin and we were kept awake by lights from the patio that we could not find how to turn off, and by the screeching noise of frogs (a problem with ground floor rooms). The hotel sits in an area with several resort hotels and this can make it seem a little sole-less at times.

We loved the expansive grounds with many different areas to relax and play with our daughter. The tourist beach was very pleasant, without waves (safe for young children, though far more beautiful options are close by). The pool was nice (not amazing but pleasant) and the breakfast included a good range of choices.

The room felt dated to 1975 - a bit odd, with a sliding bathroom door that was difficult to open & close. The only rack to dry wet bathing suits was installed on the shower wall, almost begging for an injury. The plumbing felt dated to 1965: we could constantly hear other toilets flushing day and night. No screens on the windows meant mosquitoes coming in. And to be honest, we spent most of our time outside but entering the room was a time warp. As for the front desk staff, they were courteous and pleasant, but you should not rely on them to solve anything but the most basic issues.

Everything, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent and the facilities too.

The Hotel should provide a kettle, two cup, tea coffee and sugar for the room. Aleast for the first night. Then you can buy your own if you wanted a tea or coffee late at night. That would a be great additional , seeing this is standard at most 4 star plus hotels.
