This was my second stay at this hotel. This time I had an ocean-view room - - well worth the extra expense. The beach and pool are very nice. They even have a kids waterpark area. The location was central to all my work locations and the parking was convenient and plentiful. Room service (meals/maids/requests) were excellent, as was the wi-fi for work and entertainment. The room itself was great. I was able to set up the table and small couch to take in the view while I worked. While I was there they also had nightly live music in the bar that I could listen to from my balcony.

Nothing comes to mind.

Breakfast being included was amazing, there was a really good-sized buffet every morning with a variety of options each day, and great coffee! View and location were excellent, choose the ocean view if you want a balcony. Really convenient location if you want either a short drive or a walk to other restaurants, hotels, shops, the zoo even. I loved the bed and comfy pillows. Plus, there were so many amenities in the room, which is extremely convenient having the little things like a toothbrush kit and sewing kit, and coffee, tea, and bottled water. And most the staff is friendly and helpful. We especially love the breakfast buffet crew!

The service at the lobby cafe could be better, they don't have someone there all the time until they see you waiting there and find someone to help. For our room, we did use the Do-Not-Disturb sign every other day and stayed over a week, but on days we had the room cleaned, the house-keeping didn't replace our pillow cases, although they did the sheets maybe twice. So our pillows smelled after a few days. And the only other thing was our upstairs neighbors or maybe workers renovating(?) Sounded like they were draggin furniture across the floor a few hours every night around 2am. Oh, and the walkway to the beach is somewhat under construction so just be careful to walk in the grass instead.

Great location, beautiful view, grounds and beach. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Lounge access was great!

Traveled over holiday season so knew it would be busy but even so, the place seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the amount of guests. Towels ran out very quickly, very limited seating around pools and chairs were “reserved” all day by towels. Breakfast buffet was a disaster. Completely cleaned out, not replenished and chaotic. Staff was doing their best but it just seemed like the place was definitely overbooked.

The location right on the beach was gorgeous. The hotel itself is large and right on the main road for easy access to Guam's version of Uber called Stroll. There is also a loop bus that has a stop near the hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The room service was excellent.

The hotel, like many in the post-pandemic world, was very understaffed. At the buffet there weren't enough servers and workers. The bar near the pool was often unattended. The cleaning staff was really understaffed and constantly in the hall, all day and night, cleaning rooms on my floor. Room service trays would stay outside rooms on the floor for hours before being collected. The hallways were never vacuumed in the entire 4 days of my trip. The scenery looking out to the ocean was marred by renovations to the sidewalk at the edge of the property.

The breakfast was great, food was always replenished, and there were many choices, the people in the dining room were very helpful. The view from my room was beautiful, and the pools were wonderful.

We arrived to the hotel at about 310 and our room was not ready. We had to wait for about a half an hour without any offer of a drink or food. After half hour I went back up to the desk and asked them if I was ready and we still needed to wait about another 10 minutes, they did give us a voucher for two free drinks.

We thought the renovations had been done beautifully. Everything was new and modern. Very clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with our breakfast and after speaking to booking.com it was all taken care of which we are very grateful for. We had a great time. Kids loved the kiddie pool and the whole family had fun at the beach each day.

It was a shame there had been the typhoon and caused a need for the walls up between the property and beach but absolutely not their fault and unavoidable. We did think USD$60 for a 7min car ride from the airport was quite steep.

Kiddie pool is amazing. We like the view from our room. Beds are comfy. Ample parking space. Easy to use and sufficient wifi. Pizza tastes really good. Clean restrooms. Keycards are very responsive. Elevators are fast and efficient.

There were floating algae in the beach. Small beach area. We don’t like the smell of the hand and body wash. There were flies around the lounge area. Lack of seats in the pool area.

The room was very clean. The hotel has a beach front. Centrally located in Tumon. The activities are close by like shopping, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, pharmacies and convenient stores. A lot of places walking distance.

If you did not have rental car you can not explore the island. Fortunately I had gotten one. Need more time to see the Island and see the many things and sites the Island can offer. Really take the time to enjoy the stay.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in and out. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Overall, I had a great experience, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. I would highly recommend and I will be staying there once I get back to Guam.
