Lovely facilities, very welcoming and friendly staff (made our young son very happy), included food and drink (breakfast, afternoon tea, buffet dinner with drinks) if booking a club room, nice and not crowded main pool and kids pool, short walk to Tumon Beach (can be accessed via Lotte Hotel), great view from the room, big balcony

Gun Beach (the one officially accessible to guests) is not great for swimming or wading as the water is very shallow and the sea floor is so rocky there (rent aqua shoes from Hotel Nikko or bring your own). Housekeeping turned up quite late on a few occasions when we'd asked for the room to be made up at specific times.

The staff at breakfast and at executive lounge were fantastic.

Reception and concierge could do with a bit of training. Concierge was useless and not from Guam thus no idea of local facilities and the reception staff kept asking me if I’d paid (which I was forced to do by them for the full two week break spent in a suite the day I arrived 🤬). Also every single dish has meat or fish in it and very little vegetable options.

Nice view. Most of the staff is very helpful. Still a new hotel so it’s still clean. Lounge was nice, only thing was service a little slow with or without a good amount of people

At the pool, some tiles were missing almost cut myself. The room the floor was loose so, when walking on top of it move. Shower wasn’t clean properly, turned on the water a soap was washing of the floor.

It was good to connect the tv with my phone so we could watch netflix on tv. The place was very decent and being able to use Nikko pool and beach was terrific.

The pool staff was not very informative of Nikko pool which wa s fine but they told us the slide was open and it wasn't.... we just came back. hahah

very modern and clean. beautiful pool and shared facilities with Hotel Nikki was fun. balcony was wide and had nice furniture beds were fantastic

no food available at the so called deli. just sweets and plain bread. no hot tub at the poolside. lobby was very cramped front desk staff never smiled and seemed reluctant to speak up when approached the shower did not get hot enough

Great club lounge access, design and overall atmosphere very contemporary modern and beautiful, friendly staff, awesome Japan-designed toilet, appreciate the generous personal products in the rest room that are neutral for both men and women, spacious balcony, accessible control panel in rooms, and the view is spectacular!!!

Room was not yet ready during check in but they were friendly enough to offer the lounge access while we wait and met back up with us to hand in the room key when it was ready.

It felt very luxurious and clean.

The parkings are far. Staff drivers are nice at night to ask if we need a ride to our car but day time none asked while it was hot and I had to go back and forth with my luggages in the hot heat. But it was also understandable because they seemed a little busy.

Nice location, nice view. Pleasant club lounge, especially appreciated the help of Anna there.

Wifi not always working on 22nd floor.

I was able to relax and enjoy myself during my staycation. I was technically still on Guam, but it also felt like I was on vacation somewhere else. The hotel is very well maintained and there are a nice variety of things you can do to keep things fresh during your stay.

The breakfast that came with the staycation package was amazing. However, there are only three options and a kids breakfast. If you're staying for a longer period of time you may get tired of the limited options.

The location was really great - it was only about 500m (a 5-10 minute walk) to the main strip in Tumon Bay. There were a lot of restaurants and bars that were within walking distance. It was also really close to the beach and beach bar. The infinity pool on the lower level was gorgeous. Also the amenities in the room were great - the balcony was absolutely gorgeous, the bathroom was very nice and comfortable, the beds were super comfortable, and the rooms came with complimentary drinks. The complimentary breakfast was in a nice to-go container that you could get in the lobby. The late check-out at 2PM was also very nice to have.

The pool on the lower level wasn't a swim up bar, which was advertised on the site. You had to go up to the bar, and they wouldn't let you take your drinks in to the pool. The WiFi in the rooms was also a bit slow, but I think that's pretty standard for Guam since it's an island. The bar in the main lobby was a bit small, so I recommend going to the one on the lower level. Also the website advertised a private beach, but there wasn't a beach at all behind the hotel, so I'm not sure where that beach was. At the Hyatt, there was a beach that you could just walk right out to, which was nice.
