Breakfast times longer than most 7-11. Nice aesthetic and spa. Nice rooftop view

I stayed during my birthday and made note in my reservation. There was no acknowledgement from staff about it. No Happy Birthday, no note, no champagne, nothing. Quite disappointing as I have had better experiences with birthday celebrations at other hotels Room location was very noisy. (Room #4) is next to the courtyard and awakened early in the morning with someone singing and playing guitar for breakfast crowd. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. Ask for a room away from the front of the hotel.

The hotel itself looks gorgeous! It was like hidden heaven, so beautiful inside! Room was little too small for two people Breakfast was really delicious with cute table set up , nice view and warm sun shining as you sip your coffee. ( I just wish they had simple croissants ) Hotel provided us with taxi from the airport ( 50$) which was handy coz we landed late and checked us in at 1 am, we are grateful for that 😊 Stuff didn’t speak much English, but it still was easy to communicate. Definitely would recommend and come back!

Excellent and very attentive and friendly staff, beautiful lay out, very comfortable and well decorated room, laid out as downstairs sitting room and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The tilework in the bathroom was beautiful. Copious and tasty breakfast with lots of choice, with possibility to eat it on the roof terrace with fabulous views. Lovely spa area and good spa treatment.

The one dinner I had was a bit of a game of two halves, excellent and tasty starter, undercooked and tasteless main. It's quite a walk to the main park, has the advantage that there is less noise from people in the street but a bit of a schlep after a day spent wandering round town over the cobbles.

The hotel has a lovely ambience with historic charming courtyards. Check-in staff were very responsive and helpful especially in regards to booking transfers to and from the hotel. Breakfast included was ordered a la cart off the menu and was well presented, ample and tasty. It would have been nice if hot water / tea and plain water would have been included with the breakfast rather than being charged extra.

We booked a junior suite with a terrace for our party of three people - the suite was much smaller than expected for the price that we paid such that one had to close the entrance door inorder to move around to reach the second bed in the room. The "terrace" was a shared open courtyard bench outside the room, rather than a private terrace. perhaps room descriptions could be more accurate to avoid disappointment. other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful property a short walk from the center of Antigua. The property is built around beautiful gardens with a rooftop terrace. Delicious food & beverage served in both spaces, roof top with lovely views. Breakfast was notable delicious & a lunch we ate there by default was the best we had. All served by delightful staff, Manuel was our wonderful waiter each morning. All the staff was friendly & helpful. I particularly loved the colonial character of the space & the architectural & design details. I would definitely recommend!

OMG it’s like living in a fairy tale! I’ve never had a two-story hotel room before. The little window into the balcony is super cute. Breakfast was superb too. Only 15 min from Santa Catalina arch

So there was some sort of misunderstanding that happened. The hotel arranged an airport pickup for me. At the end of the trip I paid the driver in cash, which is what I always do assuming the driver is a third party vendor that does transfers. When I was checking in I was charged for the transfer again on my credit card. The clerk said the only way to get my money back was to make the driver come back and ask him to give me the cash back. I thought it was kinda ridiculous In the end I asked them to give me a free ride back to the airport and the clerk agreed to do that, so the issue was resolved

My stay was fantastic. Rosa and her staff were all delightful and helpful. The hotel and spa are beautiful. Perfect for a solo stay or a romantic spot. The food was delicious. The views and the location of the hotel were perfect and I’d return again in a heart beat . Visit this enchanting and friendly hotel . I loved all the beautiful touches , linen and candles , outside courtyards and roof top views ! I fell in love with Guatemala and it began here in Antigua . Thank you !

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Boutique Los Pasos & Spa! I don't know how this place does not have a 9.8 or 10 star rating. It has so much charm and allure. It is quite romantic and charming but not overly so. There were multiple inner courtyards you pass through to get to your private room that, coupled with the original craftsmanship and layout, made for a feeling of walking through a Colonial Era Spanish villa or hacienda. You feel instantly transported to another era. The place has both been impeccably updated and feels new while maintaining so much original charm. The beds were wonderfully dressed with very high-quality linens. The showers were amazing. Strong water pressure. My room had a shower with two shower heads (his and hers). There are two lighting options in the bathroom. A recessed perimeter lighting that, when used alone, made for such a relaxing ambiance. The room was perfectly clean. There were ample outlets. Ample space in the room. The restaurant service was fantastic. For your included breakfast you could choose from anything on the breakfast menu--which was really nice.

Everything was fantastic! The only heads-up I would give is that for solo travelers this is not a great place to meet other travelers. During my stay, most guests were couples or families that all stuck to themselves. For me, this was a great first stay. But I did enjoy the social element of the nice hostels.

This hotel is amazing , colonial decoration and very clean and beautiful. the staff are very kind and respectful . They really provide great customer service , will recomend and look forward to stay next time i visit Antigua Guatemala.

I can't say anything negative about this Hotel because what we experience was above our expectation . But one data that will help when you book a room make sure you visit the actual hotel web site to know the correct description of the room you booking ,travel .com was not accurate on the description of the room I book . Also the AC was not much cooling inside our room how ever with the pleasant weather in Antigua Guatemala is not much of a need of a AC, IS JUST ME since I reside in Miami Florida and we use AC all year around. Great Hotel

Very clean, beautiful gardens, beautiful property. Free breakfast and the food is delicious. Nice sized rooms that are cleaned daily. Walking distance to everything.

I would’ve liked for the hotel to supply free water bottles in the rooms. Sometimes different to communicate with staff since most of the staff speaks very little English.
