The hotel is amazing. Beds are great, bathroom super clean and they offer shampoo and conditioner free of charge in the room. The location is perfect, close to everything (bank, market, restaurant and shops just a few blocks a way). The staff is super nice. We had to leave early to do the Acatenango hike and they prepared breakfast a little bit earlier than usual to fit our schedule. They also kept our luggage. Talking about breakfast, sooo good. They have a small menu where you can pick what you want to eat that day. They have eggs, croissants, pancakes, fruits… super fresh and delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff were so very lovely, friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself was gorgeous with a lovely, sunny, courtyard and very clean rooms with a comfortable bed and very decent shower (probably the best one we had throughout our time in Guatemala!!). The daily included breakfast was very tasty and included lots of different options. Highly recommend staying here!

The only thing I will note- is that it is very loud due to there being a main road that runs outside and a chicken bus stop where they yell out from the chicken bus at all hours!! This often woke me very early. Walls at the property are very thin and you can hear other guests conversations quite clearly depending on what room you’re in. This seems to be very common in Antigua hotels however - but would recommend ear plugs!

The staff is nice and welcoming, the place is clean and cosy, and the bed was comfortable and relaxing after our long journey. Close to the center, a few good restaurants and easy to walk around. The breakfast was perfect to start the day, with a few options from the menu, all tasty and felt fresh, I preferred the tipico, that gives you everything you need. Fresh available drinking water at the lobby which was very helpful and accessible, as we could fill up our bottles instead of buying and throwing them.

Very very thin walls, if the neighbors are loud/showering/cars on the street, you’ll hear it. As we tried other places too, it’s the same at other places too.

There are so many things to say about this beautiful, perfectly maintained hotel The owner Julia is a great host, goes above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful Lovely staff at the reception. Equally nice were the warm and wonderful women who made breakfast and cleaned the rooms. Perfect location, minutes to restaurants, shopping areas, and central Plaza. The hotel's amenities are world standard. The shower is perhaps among the best in the world. In spite of the water shortage in Antigua, not once were we asked to limit water usage, but we were very mindful Will go back to the gorgeous country with its lovely people, and yes, we would like to stay at this splendid hotel again!

We stayed here for two separate bookings. The second time we stayed we had a nice room on the first floor, near the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and this room was quiet. The rooms are large. The staff were kind. The hotel provided a transfer to the airport for a reasonable price.

The first night we stayed we had a very loud room (#5) facing the main road. We struggled to sleep. The two rooms we stayed in were the same price. I think the loud room should be offered at a lower price. Also, the breakfast is very small, and this is the first hotel that didn't for example provide fruits with the pancakes.

This was a great hotel with high quality for the cost. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and booked us transfers from Pana to Antigua, then from Antigua to the airport in Guatemala City. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and decorated with the wonderful colors and artwork that is so prominent in Guatemala. There is also a nice courtyard and area to sit and visit with friends or just relax as you plan out your day to explore Antigua.

The location is a little more on the "edge" of popular attractions in Antigua, but still within very easy walking distance and it allows you to see more of the city as you wander through the cobbled streets.

I like the hospitability of the staff. The receptionist, she arranged everything for us. Pacaya climb and the shuttle to go to Antigua. We asked her million questions, and she was always very attentive and helpful. The hotel is close to everything, short walk to landmarks. Our room was tight. However, we had 2 kids, 1 fully grown and one teenager to be. The garden was very nice. The room was clean, and the breakfast was plus. Overall, we have enjoyed our 3 night's stay.

Very clean and great location. Friendly staff who let us keep our bags there for several hours beyond our check out time.

We stayed near the atrium and had a giant roach touch my foot in the bathroom as it scurried by. I recommend staying on the second floor or above when traveling to avoid these issues as I’ve had this happen in Bali as well. If my knee weren’t causing issues I would’ve requested a second floor room. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and breakfast was excellent.

The room was very big and clean. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was really nice. Breakfast was included in the morning and was quite big portions with unlimited coffee.

The hotel is a little outside the centre so it was a bit further to walk and it was very noisy, particularly early in the morning and we could hear all the trucks and people shouting. Luckily we needed to be up early but it would be a problem if you wanted a lie in. It was a bit of a shame given how much we spent for one night.

location was very central but still super quiet. Room was spacious with two double beds and a great hot shower, very clean. breakfast was pretty small but very tasty. great communication and help from the front desk before and during our stay

only thing that would have been ideal is more space on a terrace to sit out, there was only one table on our floor with 4 chairs. a rooftop terrace would have been magical but certainly wouldn't stop us staying here again as everything else was great.
