Great location right where the sunsets. Loved all the toiletries that were provided and also the animal shaped towels that were left each day, that was cute. Mozzy nets all in good condition. Aircon. Shower was amazing! Staff on the reception are really helpful. The pool is great place to watch the sunset.

The room needed a little TLC, maybe a lick of paint. The lamps were not in good condition and were really grubby but when i mentioned they had them changed which was great. The bar food and drinks are pricey and not that great.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good rooms, and central location. Good A/C, and excellent cleaning staff. Very clean!

Avoid room 44 at all cost! All AC units are mounted on the other side of the wall in this room. The room was newer than others in the building, but it sounds like a motorcycle is parked outside your door. We chagned rooms and this was WAY wetter! Still some noise from outside where a clup plays some music till about 11 PM-Midnight, but the terrace doors cancel most of the sound.

The location of this hotel was suburb - it’s close to where the shuttles drop you off, and ideally located on the lakE. I had a room with a balcony from which I could see the sunset over the lake - it was magical! The pool and bar were fabulous as well, so nice to sit and have a cocktail while the sun set.

The bed was not super comfortable, and the bathroom small, but I can’t really complain. The value for money was excellent!

Very well located on the edge of the island with lakefront views and in front of the small dock to swim in the lake. Room has very good A/C and fan. Very good a la carte breakfast and close to any other thing you might need on the island (shops, restaurants, etc.)

A restaurant/bar played really loud music until past midnight regularly (not the entire night though) which would be completely heard in the rooms.

The rooms are really nice especially the ones with the view to the lake, comfortable storage for you bags before check-in/after check out. They let you use the facilities before and after aswell, nice staff

we would of liked a bit more flexibility with breakfast, we wanted ti change the day (on the check in day because we arrived via night bus) because the morning after we where in Tikal and missed it. They do pack a small breakfast but it wasn’t so good *the pool on the second day was much dirtier than the first

Great lake view (room 43), nice pool and chill area. delicious breakfast. Convenient location with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Next to the hotel are a few clubs/bars/restaurants which play very loud music until 1am although we’re literally NO people which didn’t make any sense… and since it seems to be a tradition that the locals drive around the island in circles at evening/night for several hours it gets really loud and smelly due to all the vehicles.

Hotel is split between the regular hotel and their hostel. Definitely can recommend it.

The location with the view of the lake and also the pool were the best parts. Breakfast was yummy too. We had a twin room with a little porch/balcony. In a cooler season it would have been nice to enjoy the balcony. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had some mold/mildew and ants, but overall I’d still recommend staying here.

Even though we only got to spend 3 hours in the hotel due to road blocks during the day and a departure at 3am from the hotel, the night guard was very friendly and the beds comfortable. The room was a little too warm but the fan could give refreshment.

We were supposed to get breakfast boxes which were asked for on the phone prior to our arrival, however on our departure they were either not present or the guard was not informed.
