The that it was clean

The trip to the parking spot at - 3 level was horror. If you had let s say, a VW Golf, the curves of the descent would be OK. But my Skoda superb wasn t fitting without 2 or three monouvres at every single curve. This should be mentioned somewhere

The location is great - very close to bus & tram stops, as well as metro. Good, stable Wi-Fi. Lovely balcony facing a leafy, quiet patio. The apartment has all the facilities, including cooking utensils.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and our backs were stiff and achy every morning. Also, you need to wait for room service (every two days, but towards the end nobody came for three days) to take out the trash from the apartment. The room is very dimly lit, so prepare to use electric lighting even during the day. However, the price creates good value for money, so I guess just take it as it is.

Apartment has 2 rooms: bedroom and living room. That pretty big space for apartments. Everything clean and surprising for apartments it was cleaning there! We were there in November when the weather was getting colder and in apartments was really nice and warm. It was warm floor there. Also in apartments was everything you need while long stay: washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, teapot, coffee machine and even toaster. I also liked roses on toilet paper and the swan with towels. The apartments are close to the public transport which we used very much. Also we got to city early at 8am but we were able to leave our baggage in reception (it has another address). It was really good experience and we hope those apartments will be available for the next time we visit Budapest.

The only thing I was missing there is a big mirror

We liked the apartment the previous time and decided to return! The hotel staff is very attentive to guests, friendly and helpful. The best place is in the center of the city. You can enjoy the silence or walk 7-10 minutes to the bustling street with restaurants, bars and entertainments. Most of the tourist sights are within 10 - 30 minutes walk from the apartment. Near the metro, grocery store SPAR (working late at night). Modern, spacious, clean and comfortable apartments, the best staff who are in touch with you all the time (even on weekends). Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Convenient system to receive the keys and check-in and check-out. Parking in the same building (good price for city center). No problem with payment. Everything is clear Apartments - 2 rooms joined together worked very well for a family with kids. Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. A comfortable bed and pillows (snow-white bed linen.). Large and comfortable bathroom. The plumbing is new. Everything works fine. Comfortable kitchen with new utensils. In a set, everything you need. Microwave and refrigerator. Spacious furnished balcony. WI-FI work very well.

This time we visited apartments on hot days. Apart from the display, we did not see any air conditioning, air duct, etc. There is an inscription that air conditioning is carried out through the walls... No matter how we tried to reduce the temperature on the display, it was still hot.

The apartment offers great value for money. It is located in a quiet area close to the city center. The rooms are specious and well equipped with all appliances that you might need. The hosts were very kind offering us options for late check in/check out after reception working hours and they also surprised us with a small gift which was really nice.

Almost everything was perfect. The only thing that we might comment is that the water in the bathroom does not drain very well so having a bath mop will be a good idea.

The room is spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities. Nice welcome details when arrived (bed linens rolled into the shape of swans, capsules of coffee). Cool temperature which is very good for the summer. Big thank you to the reception staff. Very attentive to our needs (early check-in and late check-out, and provision of extra towels to use at thermal baths).

Old, torn and stained bed sheets. Even though the neighborhood, where the apartment is, is very nice with everything you need around the place (small grocery shop, bakery, even a very nice croissant shop), New York Cafe 5 minutes away, we would have preferred something closer to the city center.

Receptionist was very kind. Unfortunately to explain us we need to wait till after 16:00 to check in. We were compensated by a bottle of wine for this. Understand it as you wish. I would say expect unexpected things to happen.

- As mentioned above our check in delayed by one hour. - Small towels are really very small. Like 20 x 20 cm. - One evening building door was blocked preventing us ( 3 different groups ) entering the building. I didn't got if someone from the personnel with a real key is going to come but after 15 min struggling around we found a neighbor to open the door from inside. - The apartment is originally offered as 4 person but there were only one tea spoon and only one wine glass. As mentioned above the receptionist was very kind to deliver one more of each.

Location - apartment was located a few blocks from the famous New York cafe and close to a good selection of bars, shops and eateries which run alongside the main road. There is also a Lidl, Burger King and McDonald's nearby approx 5 mins walk. The apartment is a short walk to the nearest metro station and trams The apartment was well equipped and clean The apartment was nice and warm The apartment complex was quiet Easy access into the apartment complex using key fob

The only downside about the location was that it took approx 20mins to walk into the city centre where the main shopping precinct is.

Very good value for money and especially for one week booking : 25€/night/person ! Very easy and self late check in around 00:30h (secured, safe and well explained before arrival with codes and keys in a key box). Privacy & intimacy. Comfort of the appart hotel : mattress, facilities, space, and cleanliness. Super well equipped. Perfect location when you’re ok to walk like 15 minutes to join the heart of the old city. Next to the very famous and authentic New York Café Palace ! Also close from the Main Street “Erzsébet krt.“ where you can do change easily with interesting rates, where depart all transportations (tram, bus, subway…), and where you can do your daily shopping for food … at Lidl, Spar or even Aldi ! Very friendly and polite staff ! Attentions upon arrival - especially for my birthday (thanks to all the team). ++ : Amazing croissanterie nearby, 2 minutes walking distance in the same street. Absolutely A Must Try !!

Almost nothing, except maybe a bit noisy because of the main door of our patio / corridor to join our appart. There was no system to close it smoothly and indeed it was always slammed very strongly - a bit inconfortable at night especially. Points of Improvement : maybe add hooks into the bathroom to hang towels.

Location, very spacy apartment, with look on the inner courtyard which makes it very quete. There is garage in same building. Heating is easy to adjust inside apartment. Bakery and market nearby, as well as eScouters or bikes for rent. Wash machine with a detergent capsule.

Maybe some mirror will be wellcome. We got one medimum size towel, meybe it could be big size.
