The room is quite spacious with comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and nice! The view from the room balcony was spectacular. They even provided with complementary cookies and instant coffee (kettle was available in the room). There is also a restaurant (coffee shop) which is open till 10pm, where you can eat if you do not want to go out and eat. The food was worth the money and tasty.

There two things! 1. The original booking was in the hotel of city center and it was changed due to management decision. Due to this, the hotel which we were moved to was about 20mins away from city center! Even though they have informed us about this, I found it strange and inappropriate. 2. The door-lock was not working properly (I know, people won't simply enter the room but it still it is not good). Thanks to the chained stopper with which were sure that the room is locked properly from inside. I had already informed the reception about it, but it was not taken care. Apart from this, other things were very good.

Facilities were great as was the lobby bar which also served food till 10 pm. Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, a good hotel.

It was really hot in Budapest and the air conditioning did not work well in the room. It just made the room bearable. The biggest issue was the maid /housekeeping staff. They did not clean the room properly at all. They also neglected to leave coffee / tea things. I had to go downstairs to get both coffee and tea one day because I had finished the one packet they left. The next day they did not leave any creamer and sugar. And the phone to housekeeping did not work. Zero points for maid service /housekeeping.

I booked a Superior Double Room for 2 on the Booking mobile app. It really saved me 100 EU. There were 2 rooms in this category. First had a bed with TV and large window that opened and was soundproof. The second had the desk, couch, sitting chair and table, also with a large window that opens. The bed was quite firm, which was great for me. Folks, when describing the bed be specific, comfy doesn't really cut it. Breakfast was a huge buffet there was something for everyone. Great breads, cereals, eggs, cold cuts and much more. The staff was great, friendly and was adept at showing you how to get somewhere. I was really taken back on this hotel reading some of the reviews. The hotel is undergoing renovations and my wing was renovated. All in all, don't hesitate to stay there . The metro is close and there is a bus stop 20 meters from the front door. Oh yeah,the WIFi works quite well.

They could get a better cable package which would include some English channels. There are none. Watched CNN on my computer.

The property is located in a good area, with convenient access and a nice city view from some rooms. However, other rooms face the interior playground, which can feel a bit gloomy. The amenities are decent, and the space is well-maintained overall.

Unfortunately, I experienced Wi-Fi connectivity issues on the second floor throughout my stay. Despite informing the staff, the problem was never resolved. Interestingly, the other three members of my group didn’t face this issue. The breakfasts were repetitive, with limited options each day. While it wasn’t a dealbreaker, a bit more variety would have been appreciated.

The hotel is near Metro station of lines 2 and 4 which connects you with most of the city, including Buda. You can be everywhere pretty fast. There are also fast foods nearby if you want a bite. :) There are also places worth visiting near the hotel. Breakfast is great, with many options to choose from. There is also a garage that you can reserve and is not expensive (is additionally charged but worth it if you travel by car). Rooms had everything you need - but be aware that hotel is not brand new fancy hotel. It has furniture which can be considerate moderately old :) but functional non the less.

In full transparency, it can be a bit cleaner. Some parts of the furniture are overdue for replacement. Also, we had cigarette waste on the outside of our window - so maybe not as much attention put into the cleaning. The old furniture makes it a bit more difficult to clean, and probably takes more time but the issue is still worth mentioning. Especially because the lobby gives quite different vibe :) overall, it is decently clean, the linen was good, towels and bathroom all clean but if you are as fixated on everything as I am you will notice similar things probably.

The hotel was close to the Keleti train station and to many bus and metro stops, making it easy to reach the main tourist attractions. There were also a lot of fast food chains and restaurants near the train station. Breakfast was also good, lots of choices, although it’s the same every morning.

While we had a room just facing the Keleti Palyaudvar station giving us a nice view of it, we could also hear some traffic noise from outside especially late at night. The wooden table and cabinet in the room were a bit dusty when we arrived. The bathtub was also a bit small, so doesn’t work well for tall people.

Room neatly presented, with practical inclusions of a desk and two comfortable chairs. Great location, less than ten minutes walk from Keleti train station, and stop 10 for the Big Red Bus just 50 metres away. Good choice for breakfast. Our welcome by the Concierge at 1 a.m. after a delayed train trip, over 2 hours late, and his helpfulness in taking our luggage to our room would be very hard to surpass - fantastic!

Provision of tea bags and coffee limited to two cups of each a day, which very limiting for two people. Likewise, provision of milk, rather than cream powder, would enhance this service.

Comfortable renovated room and nice bathroom. Nice view. Nice wooden furniture and good mattresses. Even though it was a little bit far from the heart of the tourist area still it was close to a metro station and a bus stop.

1. The staff did not smile for any reason. 2. We ordered room service. No one came to take back the dishes. The phone of the room was not working so we couldn't notify the reception. We left them outside the door for the maids to collect in the morning but they still didn't take them. I notified the reception in person. The two disks stayed in the corridor for two and a half days.

Four star hotel with five stars service! Location of the hotel is exceptional, it's next to Keleti train station where two metro lines meet and can take you to the city center in 10 minutes (but you'll probably decide to walk because Budapest is very beautiful). Near hotel there are 3-4 grocery stores, exchange office, restaurants, cafes... The room we stayed in was newly renovated. Huge and comfortable bed, spacious room. We had safe deposit box and a small fridge. Everything was very clean, maids changed towels and cleaned the room every day. Though this hotel don't have a swimming pool, spa center or some other leisure contents it has exceptional staff. They are honest, friendly and kind. In my opinion staff is much better then the ones I met in some 5* hotels. One more thing: hotel has luggage room. If you come early or you have some spare time after checking out feel free to leave your luggage and go out!

I find myself extremely picky but I didn't fine any deficiencies worth mentioning.

The hotel exceeded my expetations in many terms, reading all negative reviews before hand, i didn't have high expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect in terms of going out, taking City sightseeing - there is a stop just few meters from the hotel, publica transport stops also there. The main railway station is also there. The breakfast was perfect respresents a big variety of choices. The room was very clean and the personal helful. We needed a packed breakfast on one of the days and we received a bag with all we needed. In few words i am very very satisfied from our stay there.

The only minor thing is perhaps the room needed a vacuum cleaning on a daily basis as during the summer time with heat and dust it is not easy to keep it clean. We also were placed in a room where we needed to climb half a floor that may be not very handy for people with moving disabilities.
