Great location in the heart of city. Rooms with windows into the atrium of hotel ensuring silence. Nice and polite staff. Good breakfast.

The hotel stopped filling up the free water bottles each day, which was a nice marketing tool in the past.

Wow, the location could not be better. Fabulous. You’re in the middle of everywhere walking two minutes, yet super quiet. Breakfast is really good and the staff does everything to cater to you. Also, before coming to Budapest download the app BOLT super easy to use for your transportation. There prices are half of that of a taxi. Is just like ordering Uber. Highly recommend to do the river cruise at 10pm. Omg breathtaking, get in line by 9:30 or before to seat outside and get the most amazing views. Sit on the side face Buda as you will have the best view to the palace when the boat begins to move, have your camera ready. You can buy the tickets right along the river you will the stands around 7:00 - 8:00 pm for about 15 euros per person and that includes a drink.

Staff was wonderful, location couldn’t be better, and the hotel is beautiful!

We stayed four nights; my only low point was with the housekeeping service (various minor inconveniences day-to-day like taking sheets and not replacing them) and that our room was very small and had an unfortunate smell wafting through the ventilation system. The room was as the very end of the hall in a corner so I assume we just got the smaller of the potential sizes for our booking, and the staff made an effort to improve the smell in the room after it was mentioned; but it was unpleasant to enter such a gorgeous room that smelled bad!

Not only is the hotel beautifully decorated, very comfortable and in a great location, the customer service is absolutely spot on. The staff are extremely professional, accommodating and they couldn't do enough for me and my friend. I also got an upgrade to a suite and a complimentary bottle of bubbly as I came to Budapest to celebrate a special birthday which was a lovely touch. There are so many extra little things that make the stay more special. The overall quality and attitude deserves to be a 5* hotel!

If I were to be picky I would say that the shower design could be better. There was sufficient water pressure but the actual shower head was quite small. Also, the wall mounted hair dryer in the bathroom cut out half way through using it due to overheating. I called the reception and they brought a spare hair dryer straight away so it didn't cause a huge issue.

Hotel was beautiful, unique, immaculately clean and perfectly located on a quiet street but close walking distance to all the sights and restaurants. The service was impeccable and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily (without us having to ask for it) and we had nightly “turndown” service with another room tidying and chocolates…like the good ol’ days! The restaurant was a lovely place to start each morning with a large breakfast buffet plus cooked to order egg dish. Again the wait staff was very good and super friendly.

Very minor, but occasionally at night you could hear people in the lobby if they were loud talkers. The hotel is designed so the windows overlook the open lobby. Actually a cool design feature. Maybe we heard it more because we were on the first floor.

Great location, walking distance from the Parliament Building and the Basilica. Mostly friendly and welcoming staff who spoke good English. Room overlooking the inner courtyard was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

We were totally ignored by a member of staff at reception (Blonde Female didn’t get her name) other than that the rest of the staff were excellent, going out of their way to help. In hotel restaurant was THE most expensive for dinner, that I have ever experienced anywhere. Michelin recommended not starred, tasting menu over $500 for two. Was definitely not worth it.

The hotel is beautiful... No complaints about the hotel and the staff..

It makes no sense to me that a 4 star hotel with a Michelin restaurant would not have it bar open -- or "kind of open and closed" as one of the front desk clerks told us. What does that even mean? Well it means you push through a door into a dark room hoping to get someone's attention to bring out a drink to the lobby area. Confusing and not conducive to visit with family/friends/clients. The restaurant closed on certain days is an industry norm -- but not a hotel bar!

The hotel is located very near the cathedral in the old town, very near the cathedral. As a result, we were in easy walking distance to the entire old historic district of Salzburg. Our hotel was located on a quaint, narrow pedestrian-only street. The hotel was nice and quiet, and our room was clean and comfortable. The morning continental breakfast/buffet was very good. The hotel proprietor went "above and beyond" in personally retrieving my wife's reading glasses, which she left in the taxi, and finding us at the train station to give them to us, just before we departed Salzburg.

location excellent for the Danube and Tram line 2 s well as many tourist sights. hotel very clean and comfortable, accommodated our very late arrival due to flight cancellation.

rooms not always serviced in the morning. Although warned in the welcome booklet, breakfast was sometimes exceptionally busy and there was a wait for a table and then a big wait on coffee/eggs. Need more than one barista at peak times. when the staff were under pressure it was reflected on how the food was cooked, my eggs were not cooked enough (as they had been perfect previously) and when I could not eat them I was informed that they would get it right tomorrow - not 'can we make you some more' which was very disappointing.

Great location, close to Parliament building and Basilica, and Danube and easy to access city transport. Nice area. Plenty of restaurants to try in the evening within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff superb and very friendly and helpful Lovely luxe decor We were on a short City break for our 26th Wedding Anniversary and the hotel left us a note and a bottle of fizz on ice with a bar of chocolate in our arrival which was a nice touch.

Personally found the bed a bit too firm - I have spinal issues and was too firm for my comfort sadly. (Rest of room was lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated) Breakfast choice was fair, but could have been a bit more extensive
