We booked the deluxe double Room, the view was amazing, trees coming into your Room to tie with the natural design of the Room and greenery. We loved the Breakfast! The quality of ingredients was amazing. You always have fresh vegetables - leafy greens, cucumber, carrot, cherry tomatoes, celery. Then also fresh fruits. You can order different kinds of eggs. And the coffee / tea is ordered at the bar - great beverages . Also, everyday they add smith new like smoked salmon or freshly cooked shashuka. If you like quality over quantity this breakfast is for you

The only thing is that the closet is too small haha, nothing else. Everything was perfect

Amazing location, view from the room, bath is a real treat. Very clean and stylish. Marschal stereo system is a benefit for sure.

The drain in the room was stuck and water flooded the bathroom right away although the hotel is new. Bath was constantly floating. SPA didn’t function and nobody notified us about it and we counted on those facilities. It was taken in consideration while we chose this hotel.

Excellent location, right in the old town center, on a very nice alley full of sophisticated restaurants and bars. Gret perfume smell right from the entrance. Loved the hotel's design! The furniture, the colours, the room was huge, with such good taste design. The lobby has a library where you can read a lot of books of art, design, literature. The food in the restaurant was esquisite, the staff very friendly. We ate the best rib-eye in Budapest and enjoyed a great red Hungarian wine Great place! We will definitevely return and recomend it to all our friends!

Staff and facilities are of the highest level. Greatly helpful and welcoming faces at every staff position. Rooms are large mattresses are in top condition. AC control per room with floor heating in the shower. Breakfast, although not of great variety, is fresh and tasty. Location is excellent and has you at walking distance from Pest locations as well as multiple public transportation hubs.

Pillows are on the soft side, I had to use 3 to find comfort. However I am sure if I brought this up the excellent staff would have had a solution for me. Rooms are a bit on the dark side, would be nice to have a few more lights. Lastly feels like the room could use a few more storage options.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Budapest with an excellent location close to all main sites. Our room had a double aspect over the square and was one of the most beautiful, largest and most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff were friendly and accommodating and organised us a lovely breakfast when we needed to leave for an early flight and extra towels to take to the baths.

There are a few little 'extras' that might be expected of a 5 star hotel eg turn down service at night, which aren't offered and the gym and spa area are rather small. These didn't detract from our wonderful stay but may be important to some.

I really enjoyed my stay at Verno House. The hotel is well located on Liberty Square, very upscale and walkable to major sites. My room was large and very chic. Extremely comfortable bedding. The staff is super professional and accommodating. The hotel is now part of IHG, so Intercontinental members can receive benefits when they are due. Highly recommended for a stay in Budapest, whether it’s business or pleasure.

Initially, I had some climate issues with my room. However, turning the temperature on the lowest setting and the highest fan output did the trick. The parking at €50 per night is quite expensive. If you don’t have a need for in-and-out privileges, then I would recommend the parking in Liberty Square for €30 per night.

I honestly really liked the hotel and this review should be perceived as a positive one. First of all, superb location. The hotel feels brand new. The rooms are spacious rooms with high quality finishes and top brand names from electronics to cosmetics. Personnel was smiley and helpful. Overall really satisfied with my stay

We stayed at the top floor and while the windows guaranteed picturesque views, the heating system could not keep up - was fairly cold, esp. in the mornings. Would also expect free bottled water after each clean up despite any climate pledges etc

Excellent location near the centre of Budapest. Easy walking distance to many of the main attractions. The room was modern, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly, competent and efficient.

The room didn't have comfortable arm chairs to sit and relax with a book. There was a padded bench without a back and one hard chair. So we didn't find the room relaxing. At breakfast there was loud techno music with a strong beat, which interfered with conversation. However the staff did turn this down. It was a good modern hotel, but we wouldn't stay there again.

Modern with a Great Location. This is a newer hotel, opened in April of 2024, and it is in perfect shape. The room was better than indicated on the website. I found it to be large by European standards. Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy to walk everywhere. There are two grocery stores nearby. All and all, a great stay. Visited 11/2024.

I wish the hotel bar was in the lobby rather than in Flava as it wasn't busy and odd to have the employee just waiting around looking at you.
