Excellent location- next to lake, close to ZOO, free entrance to Aquarius, fresh air, nature, could see music fountain from balcony. Sauna is for payment in Aquarius, but there is a free sauna in a hotel with jacuzzi, and relax place next to it. Nice bonus was a coffee machine in a room, Very nice, and pleasant stuff, I took some therapeutic procedures in Aquarius that was excellent opportunity too. Wines/beer in a restaurant had been very delicious.

TV in a room had very slow internet connections, sometimes it took a couple of minutes to get u-tube. We loved a food choice, and Hungary kitchen. Not as a complain, but as a wish to bring hotel even to a higher level for a wider visiting population- to add choice of fresh vegetables, and "not meat" dishes (there were some, but choice could be widened).

The location is very nice, we loved the fact that the Hotel is connected to the Aquapark. Underground parking is a plus. The room was big, clean, comfortable, nice furniture, lovely view facing the park, good size balcony. The food was delicious (we had breakfast and dinner included), there were plenty of options. The staff nice and polite. Beautiful live piano music at the bar, in the evening.

At breakfast, we found glasses and coffee cups that were not properly washed (more than a few, unfortunately... ). Maybe it was due to the large number of guests, it wasn't enough time to machine wash them, but they were sticky and smelled bad. Many chairs in the restaurant are very stained.

Great value for money. A bit far from our home, but worth the travel. Great hotel, amazing spa and pools, all inclusive meant 4 meals a day (with beverages, which is rare). Great experience with my family and my dog - all great for her also. Next to two lakes, the zoo and the woods, so perfect to relax.

Something wrong with the air conditioning, despite the temperature change it didn't respond.

We spent the Easter weekend here, and it was a relaxing experience/stay. The personnel had a nice, friendly, helpful attitude. Tasty dishes at dinner for various tastes. Good location, great surroundings, quiet.

Limited selection of bread. The pastries were dry/stale. The Aquaticum Spa saunas (not the hotel's) were bellow expectations (for ex. at the "Aroma sauna" you had to bring your own aroma bottle). Pillows are too big and uncomfortable. The personnel at the reception should receive more training on how to handle difficult guests, without losing their composure.

Everything was perfect, location, room (we have a dog so we have room in which we can be), room was spacious, the terrace was big with small table a 2 chairs, we had an additional bad which was also comfortable. I will come back definitely.

AC in the restaurant was very strong....

Very good Location and staff helpfull and polite. I have enjoyed pool area and gym on the top floor.

Breakfast and dinners were not tasty at all. Please improve your meals. Most of the food was fried in oil and I missed cutted fruit and pancakes for breakfast.

Absolutely everything! It was the best hotel we have ever, ever been. The staff was amazing, same with the food and services. Big and clean room with very comfortable beds. We will definitely come back as soon as possible.

The food was delicious and many options every night. We spent 4 nights at Sosto, and the menu was diverse every time. We enjoyed the surroundings, cleaning parks and walking paths. The area is great for bicycles. Rooms were spacious and we appreciated the clothes drier available in the room. From the balcony we could also enjoy a nice view. Connection with the main aquapark was also great to have.

The bed sheets were not changed at all in 4 nights and same goes for the towels. We were supposed (based on hotel description) to get 3 capsules of coffee/person/night but we only had this for 2 out of 4 nights. Also, the hotel wellness area, separated from the main aquapark was not fully functional during our stay: only 1 out of the 3 saunas was working and jacuzzi was out of order too. :(

Beautiful, new hotel close to the termal bath. Big and clean rooms, helpful personnel. Excellent meals in the restaurant, pleasant piano music at weekend evenings.
