Food was amazing, especially the a la cart dinners. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the spa and pool spaces a lot. They even have some e-bikes we could use to go wine tasting in the village!

Some staff didn't speak great English, so sometimes there were some awkward misunderstandings. With too little guests, we missed out on the buffet breakfasts. The water was out for half a day, but the staff tried to make up for it.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel! Most excellent service from all staff. Thank you so much! Food was amazing, we had A la carte menu options and must say each food looked like from Michelin restaurant. Wine - delicious! Food - delicious! Spa facilities clean and amazing! Room - clean and huge bathroom, also you can find everything what you need or if you forget - toothbrush, hairbrush… We borrowed bikes for one day for extra charge and had really lovely time! This hotel from the look, design and service is definitely more than what you are paying for! We were absolutely happy and can’t wait to visit again!!

The hotel, interior, staff, the services were absolutely amazing, it's the incredible level of hospitality, we liked it that much that despite the initial plan decided to prolonge our stay + book the next stay in some months. Great food / drinks / wellness / massage and the threrapist, who efficiently helped to cure the problem with Loccitane cosmetics. Also, very nice and kind attitude for the dog. We've spent our anniversary here and it was the best celebration we had.

The hotel was beautiful and the amenities are 5*. The staff were also lovely, friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, things that could be further improved to give it that real 5* feel are; - spa 'table service' it would have been great if guest were offered drinks around the indoor and outdoor pool rather than having to go to the bar. - A couple of the spa facilities were out of order, steam room and salt room -Drinks service was a little slow at dinner - once the hotel is established (only been open 4 months) given it's location, transfers to and from the airport would be a fantastic bonus and would certainly make more people more confident to visit -It would have been lovely to have a piano player in the bar/lounge area of an evening to give it that extra spark! These are all suggested enhancements to an already beautiful hotel.

I was really impressed with the breakfast and dinner, both had excellent options and were very delicious! I was also impressed by the indoor pool and saunas, I didn’t see these we’ll advertised initially and we ended up spending a lot of time there.

More options for tours, at the vineyards or historical etc, it was difficult finding out and I would have liked the opportunity to see more of the city and learn more about the vineyards. I suggest a “vineyard / wine” tour that provides a shuttle for a group to see more of the wineries and learn about the area.

The hotel lives up to the expectations of staying in a five-star hotel. Staff was super helpful, professional abd friendly. Shoutout to Bela Konya who was very accommodating and courteous during our dinner. The room was especially nice with a lovely view over the hills. The wellness area is very well-equipped, clean, plenty of options to choose from.

The only small thing I can mention as suprising is that there was no toothpaste available at the hotel.

A very nice and quiet place. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, ideal for relaxation. Food was exceptional, the staff very professional and friendly and everything was very clean. The room was big and comfy.

A nice touch would be to offer water for free at dinner, as long as you offer free prosecco at breakfast. :)

Location and privacy. Spa super nice. Staff very friendly. Great cocktails as well. I liked the eco friendly apporch. No single use items at spa, the restaurant or in the rooms and only easy, mostly local, low maintenance plants landscape outside.

Spa cleanness to be improved. Ded bugs under the windows, outside cigarette butts on the ground.

The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. Attention to detail was incredible. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient- special thanks to Viktor and Attila. Food was excellent in quality and variety. The Wellness centre was delightful.

Only that it was a little further out of town than we’d realised so without a car, you are reliant on taxis.

We really enjoyed the location. It was a superb hidden gem in the Tokaj region. We really enjoyed the hotel facilities and the staffs were very attentive and helpful.

the bed head was dusty. As I am sensitive, I did not spend the best night, however, it can be easily corrected.
