We arrived with my friends and members of the staff were always very kind, helpful, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The food was amazing, we could not choose what to eat, there were so many options. We enjoyed the sauna session with Milos and had a relaxing time in the Wellness area. This hotel is ideal during autumn as well, very modern, with comfortable rooms and everything is at disposal. Thank you!

The only recommendation we have is to have one warmer pool as well, as after a certain time the 32-34 degree one was becoming cold for us, and we could not sit into another as this was the max degree.

the gate on the train station side looked long abandoned, with spider web crisscrossing the bell and the area around it, it was impossible to switch off the air conditioning in the room, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom, coffee was poured over the floor during breakfast by someone and there was nobody to clean it up, you just had to be careful not to step in it and slip, I don’t recall seeing water provided with the buffet, you had to buy it if you wanted to have some.

Everything was super and more 5 star than 4 star quality. we had a very nice spacious apartment, the spa is great but a swimming pool is missing. The staff is kind and helpful. I have to say I experienced the most amazing Hungarian buffet ever , too good 🙂 Very closely located to the beach walk with restaurants and shops , but not too close to be distributed by the noise.

Everything was great, especially the wellness area, the breakfast and the dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

From four dinners of our stay only at one night had food allergen numbers being displayed. We asked about one food which did not contain allergens, but turned out it has gluten. Please always display allergens, because gluten intolerance is not a choice of a new fun trend, but an awful stomach pain in our case.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms. Location very good with lake and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Food available as a buffet with allergy information available (most of the time). We had an issue with our room which was resolved very quickly by the staff.

Pool is very small. A lot of big spiders on the balcony at nightime.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Garden is excellent. Siofok is great city for families with good programs (Toyee Kalandpark-hashteggsiofok, wellness, cycling, etc). Balaton is wonderfull, mostly in pre-season.

Very good breakfast. Plenty of variety. Staff very friendly and restaurant light and airy.

There were two days when the room was not serviced in the second week of my stay.

absolutely wonderful hotel and stuff! we were feel comfortable and welcome during all time. spa with pool is amazing, went there every day and enjoyed it. dinner a la card in business days and buffet in weekends, food was good and service was nice. thanks to the personal we will come back for sure

The room had a good size, there was enough place for the clothes. The breakfast and dinner had a lot of option from where we could select. The spa was arranged nicely, the pool was a little bit small but other than that everything was good. There were 2 parking lots for electric/hybrid cars allowing to charge for free.

When we have arrived we were not asked if we want to park in the hotels parking lot as it has a daily parking fee. In the bathroom there were provided only 2 small shower gel. The cleaning ladies have not come each day and even when they came they have not brought shower gel so needed to ask them.
