The restaurant was wonderful, and the staff were nice and helpful. my room was also very spacious.

The bed was a little hard, the pillows were a little too soft, and the furnishings were not very modern.

We liked the location, the room was nice and comfy, the bed is excellent and super clean. I appreciate there was mosquito net on the window. Bathroom was excellent too. Staff was very kind!

You could hear the people talking in the sorrounding rooms, very clearly. Maybe it comes through the A/C system?! It was very loud. (We are not sensitive so we slept well anyway)

Lovely hotel and room was big with a king-size bed, table and 2 chairs also, a small sofa. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over, with a separate toilet by the room door. Food was delicious and very well made highly recommended, the cakes were freshly made and so delicious. Lots of free parking and secure.

Comfortable room with view on the city. PWN restauracja on the plus. Very good localization. Lot of stores nearby. Couple minutes only to the old town.

Low temperature in the room on first day

Great location with a 30 minute walk into the old town, very good restaurant on site with an amazing selection of cakes. Shopping Mall opposite the hotel with cinema and bars.

No lift to the upper floors

Far from the town centre (30 min walk), slightly outdated furniture (although everything was functional).

very spacious and comfortable rooms, air conditioning works well. Great restaurant downstairs for lunch/ dinner with very professional and friendly staff, also superb cake corner. Car park with cameras available.

Spacious room. Large restaurant on site. Should be perfect for those seeking treatment in the dental service in the same building. It seems that the hotel is really designed for this.

Far from the town centre. Only just manageable with a 25 minute walk.
