The bathtub in the room is a nice plus, and the wellness area is very nice and clean. The staff was nice, everyone speaks English and they are generally open to please your needs.

Breakfast was nothing special. Okay, but lacking on variety, especially on pork-free options. Besides, we left a "please clean the room" sign outside of the room, but came back and found that they skipped cleaning the room. After requesting the cleaning at the reception, the receptionist asked if we wanted the room cleaned or just changing the towels. Came back to the room to an unmade bed and clean towels folded on it. Quite interesting.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and a lot of facilities for children which were a very nice surprise, as they were not mentioned on the site: outdoor play area, indoor playground with nice and well-maintained toys, childrens' pool. Our daughter loved it, therefore we stayed for an extra night.

There was mold on the cushions of the chairs by the pool - that definitely needs better cleaning. Also, mosquitos nets are a must, considering the fact that the hotel is located in the woods and there are many insects.

Nice place near forest, food was fantastic, pool and saunas were good but sometimes the relaxing music was not playing and would be perfect if it was possible to buy drinks there not only in bar.

We were missing soap and shower gel when we came, english of staff was very weak during breakfast and dinner, wifi was weak and also air conditioning was weak.

everything was great. Despite cold weather we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was helpful and kind, welness perfect, the food was variable and always very tasty, also coffee was good, the room was big enough and well equiped, location of the hotel in a quiet part of Sopron, just in surroundings of a big park.

I have nothing to complaint.

The hotel is in a very good and quiet neighbourhood close to the forest. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Great wellness area, wide range of delicious food for breakfast and dinner, also the staff was very polite.

Interesting that I've got better price on booking than with my loyalty guest account.

The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the forest. Lovely hiking routes all around and peaceful and quite throughout the night. There are also two buses that stop pretty much in front of the hotel from the train station. It's nice that is all inclusive and the spa facilities were varied. Lots of different saunas, and resting area. I'm giving this score, because I loved the hotel location, ease of access, the bedroom, and that the facilities were fine. I would recommend early check-in and late check-out to avoid crowds in the spa.

We really didn't like some of the staff, and especially the SPA staff. Nobody seems to speak ANY English, cannot explain the Spa area or the services provided. The reception also was not able to give us information about the services. I had a massage, classic, probably the worst of my entire life. The masseuse lady arrived late with food still in her mouth. She didn't wash her hands before starting the massage. The room is just awful, you hear everything that is happening outside, no relaxing music to drown the noise out. Very innefective massage also ended 10 minutes early, but i didn't complain. Just go to the city to get a massage. The pool area and children animation was very very unexpected. There are 3 pools, 1 hot, 1 swimming and 1 children. But the children are allowed in every single pool. The area is small, so its absolutely not quite, and there are scheduled children animation, in the HOT/RELAX pool, where animators put on loud music and dance with children. I recommend you keep these activities limited and to the actual children pool. The breakfast buffet can be a bit more diverse, breakfast is a lot of sausages and meat.
