Art Hotel Szeged offers a comfortable and pet-friendly stay, making it a great option for travelers with pets. The parking facility is convenient, though it can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle like an SUV. The room I stayed in had a terrace, which was perfect for our dog to enjoy some fresh air in a rainy night. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's prime location in the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes, and the delicious breakfast, all contributed to a highly enjoyable stay.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel is calm and silent.

Staff is not polite, does not smile or says good morning or hello to the guests. Even when there are no other guests and you come in into the hotel, they will keep quiet and not great you. Only after you say hello will they reply. They also never smile which can make a conversation awkward and unwelcoming. This is not ok for a 4 star hotel. Parking at 11 eur per night is also expensive when you stay longer. Breakfast is also not worth its price.

The hotel is situated at the 2 minutes walk from Cathedral and 1 minute walk to tram station (1 and 2). The reception is working 24/7. The room was spacious. There are two big closets. Big working desk. WiFi works excellent. The bathroom has everything that you need for your comfort. The hotel is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was excellent. You have a huge choice of cheese, meat products, English breakfast, typical Hungarian breakfast food, ..., excellent start of the day!

Very clean. Very modern. Underground garage. Nice and well equiped room (we had Deluxe). Spacious room and bathroom. Good and diversified breakfast.

View is not the best as the hotel is in between buildings (we were facing the library building). On the 4th floor the terace is common with all the rooms and the retractable privacy separators were not yet fully installed (to be finalized) and there is no rain/sun protection over you on the terrace. TV did not have working channels (only a very non interesting few … asking for CI+ card)

Modern really clean hotel in a fantastic central location. Very friendly staff. We got stuck at the Serbian/ Hungarian Border control for 4hours so didn’t arrived until the restaurant was about to close. Not only did they keep the restaurant open for us, the meal was delicious!! The hotel has underground parking. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Big bed, big spacious room.

Air conditioning not really effective. Seemed to be centrally controlled.

Big Ron with a huge bed and a very large balcony. Everything was clean, including the bathtub. Plenty of food and a big variation of it for breakfast. Overall a very good value for money offered by the hotel. Helpful staff.

There are some parking places on the street reserve for the hotel but most of them were used by locals. There is a garage for a fee.

It's a modern elegant hotel in amazing location. Would recommend it to anyone

The staff are rude and gave me a bad room with small bed. I went back immediately and complained. In general people in Hungary used to be more polite years back than today. I understand we all have our own issues. But don't show it that much in business

Location was great, staff is nice. We are returning guests and alway choose to stay at Art Hotel.

Matress was a bit uncomfortable and would be great to have more variaty of breakfest options ( healty). Spa area is under refurbishment for years now. Restaurant should have kids food options

The hotel is located near to the city centre. It was easy to find. The staff at breakfast was beyond exceptional. They made us really welcomed in the Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you again for your hospitality

I had notified the hotel in advance that mum has disability and we needed a room which can accommodate easy access to the room and the bathroom. The basin was very deep and high, she had difficulties to get in/out of the bath. Without my help she was struggling. This is something all hotels should take seriously and emphasize on the website whether the hotel is suitable for guests who have disability

The hotel is modern and very clean. Located near the Domn Square and very close to the pedestrian street in the center of Szeged. It has an underground garage for who needs it that was 11€ extra per night when we went there. The breakfast was excelent and diverse. The front desk staff was polite and helpfull. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a nice balcony that serves as a terace. Unfortunatelly we were not able to use the spa facilities as it was in refurbishment

The bed was a bit sqeeky and the wife complained there was not suficient light in the bathroom for putting make-up on
