The front office has been so incredibly helpful which I am truly grateful for! I arrived really late at the Hotel because my train had 2 hour delay. They helped me book a train ticket at the right time the next morning so I would be able to see the Taj Mahal before my train departure. When my train departure was, again (freaking train system...), delayed for 12 hours they let me store my luggage at the reception and helped me out during the whole day. I have never seen a front office like this and I am really fortunate to have stayed at the Orange Hotel! Apart from the service the rooms were really nice, clean and spacious.

I only stayed for one night, but I have no cons for this Hotel.

The room Size was good, though the property is 7-8 years old, but the rooms were properly maintained. The staff, especially the receptionist, Ms Jyoti and waiter Mr Yatin, was very kind and cooperative Food quality was good, they serve both north and south Indian breakfast and also offer dosa and omelet from the kitchen.

The building is only having 4 floors and we were on 3rd floors so view wasn't that great. If you are lucky then you might will get hot water or else you may get Luke warm water in shower which isn't comforting in winter.

The staff, food, service Ms. Jyothi the front office staff really awesome. she did a great hospitality services which is really appreciated, helped us lot to arrange the local transport with affordable price, bus n etc.. and Mr. Yaswer Sing, another FOstaff, he was also very helpful and dedicative.. he helped us to book the Taj mahal gate passes and etc.. really proud of this staff.. and happily recommended hotel orange to stay overnights.. food was tasty..i felt more affordable from outside restaurants. thank you so much to Mr. Ali the auto driver.. he is so nice n wise person and affordable service than others.. the location is not noisy.. rooms are worthful.. all amenities were excellent.! from the outside look you may feel the hotel is small or not worthy, we had also same thoughts.. but once you enter, the service and hospitality will fill your heart with 100% satisfaction.. thank you, Jyothi and Yeswer with your whole team Orange. we will definitely come again to meet you..

Staff & Facilities & breakfast were Amazing. The staff attended to every need. Including doing a money exchange for a great rate and giving advice for accurate market closings and openings. Location is decent but expect short rickshaw rides to arrive at Sadar Bazar Market & Agra Cantt train station in the South and the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and baby taj attractions in the North (usually 500 - 800 ruppies to rent a rickshaw all day). Never had trouble finding a rickshaw since a petrol station is walking distance from the hotel.

The shower in room 205 didn't have hot water :/

The staff was very helpful,quick check in . The room was great and room seems to be of a 4 star hotel. Had dinner and no surprises it was great too. Highly recommended.

The food was really delicious, we had lunch at Hotel and we loved the food taste and the quantity too. Service was also very fast! The receptionist was very helpful. Really respect and appreciate her professionalism along with her genuine advice on exploring the options in Agra with the full roadmap on paper.

Nothing specific. Everything was apt.

We loved personal whos working here, they were really polite and helpful, if we need any help they even can send a person with you for exemple go to farmacy store or to buy buss tickets. especially girl wich was working in reseption, she has good english language knowledge and was really really helpful. to leave a backpacks after you cheking out also no problem.

i missed hair conditioner.

First at all, the staff is so friendly, and attempt to help out in every single situation during your stay!! Amazing!! Secondly, cleanliness in room and restaurant!!

Very Good Hotel to Staying. All the staff are well mannered and very helpful. Even the food was too delicious with a good amount of Quantity for two people. I will definitely recommend this place if someone plans to visit Agra.

The staff were very helpful and attentive from the glass of mango juice on your arrival to turning up the heating when they noticed my wife getting a shawl for dinner. Dinner was excellent. A welcoming place to stay.
