Lovely room, grounds beautiful and well kept, main pool at spa lovely, great breakfast (with marked allergy information for gluten free), next to new metro station for easy access to Taj and fort (fort has a busy road to cross, we followed a confident local family across)

We got room service the first night as arrived tired, We are used to curries from home, The hotel's butter chicken was disappointing in flavour, the chicken also felt lower down the quality scale than we were expecting, it is the only meat dish we ate in two weeks in India, so this may be how chicken come in India. The rest of the room service food was excellent.

Our stay was truly delightful. The staff were incredibly responsive and always went the extra mile. We were particularly impressed by their willingness to help us get ready for our early morning trip to the Taj Mahal, even assisting with saree draping at 5 AM! The room was clean and well-maintained, with a variety of shampoo options to suit different preferences. The breakfast spread was diverse and included delicious vegan choices. We also enjoyed relaxing by the nice swimming pool. As a special touch, the hotel surprised us with an eggless chocolate birthday cake, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, had the best stay here while visiting Agra. Food was incredible, not only the breakfast but all meals (we ate lunch and dinner here one day too!) Staff were superb, especially Vikrant at breakfast who was amazing and took his time to explain all the different traditional indiain breakfast options. He made our stay very special! Ajay was also amazing, he cleaned and looked after our room! Cannot fault this hotel. They collected us from the train station. Organised transport to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort for us. The food was fantastic and the staff were amazing. To top it off they gave us a small cake in our room to celebrate our honeymoon, an incredibly thoughtful touch!

We loved the room. It has a nice style. Staff is extraordinary friendly. We were feeling very welcome. The garden is very nice and we could see a glimpse of the taj mahal from the observation deck. After checkout we wanted to go to taj mahal and leave our bags behind. Unfortunately they wouldn't let me put the laptop bag in the luggage storage, which was a bit inconvenient. Luckily I had a friend with a car where I could put my laptop bag in before I took the tuktuk to taj mahal. 10/10

The hotel is conveniently located. Reasonably priced. No unnecessary showmanship, such as garlanding guests and throwing some petals around and then charging a highly inflated price.

The room location. Not much of a garden view as described. I would have preferred a coffee table and two chairs next to the windows rather than have a floor mattress, which is hardly used by anyone. And in order to close the windows shade, one has to walk over the mattress to reach the shades.

Hotel is pretty good, fine decorated and luxury. Great placement, I'd say one of the best hotels in Agra. We really enjoyed the service and even got a B-Day cake! Especially I wanna say Thank You to Sandeep (from security at the main entrance to the hotel).He was really cute and kind! Also it's a great plus the hotel has a really good restauraunt (Peshawri). Hotel works for every cent! I was excited to be there!

Excellent stay. Very helpful staff and excellent facilities, the room had all amenities one could want. This was the first time on this trip to India where we had enough bottled water available in the room, and good tea-making facilities.

There was very little that was not to like. The breakfast had a great variety of food: the Indian options were great but the western / continental pastries were not particularly good. The hotel arranged taxi to the Taj Mahal was overly expensive unless you want a guided tour without hassle. Otherwise, just use Uber as it’s a short trip.

I had a wonderful experience at the ITC Hotel, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the restaurant staff. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, courteous, and made sure my dining experience was memorable. The waitstaff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to make recommendations. Their warm and friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. Everything about this hotel was superb but what makes the hotel stand out is the staff The staff are personable , kind , humble and absolutely professional . You are met with a smile every day Hospitality at its finest Amazing trip from start to finish the bar food is amazing especially the tikka , the breakfasts are superb The beds are super comfy with luxury bed linens The swimming pools amazing

I liked the staff in general and was very engaging with guests.

More improvement can be done during the check-in time especially during the rush. Less accountability and lack of communication seen from some particular staff people during the initial check-in was not really good for us. Also a casual approach was seen in allocation of the wrong room by the reception staff, which added to initial woes. However a very dedicated lady staff with boy cut hair was seen taking all the issues from front and helped us in providing the resolution very quickly. I hope other staff members have the same energy and communication skills.
