This was our first time and our first stop in a 30 day trip across India. the was probably one of the higher priced for the rooms but not by a huge amount. hotel looks nice from the outside, the grand entrance and the bed rooms are lovely. we were there for 3 days. Restaurant staff in lobby restaurant were exceptional my son has a number of food allergies and the staff and chef made sure the food was prepared to our requirements despite the hotel being very busy. was something we were very worried out when travelling to India. would definitely stay here again and recommend if visiting Ahmedabad. was a luxurious experience.

some of the drivers and rickshaws did not k this hotel from parts of the city so take an address card with you at reception or make sure phone works. no negatives was so good we tried to change some of the others to this chain but we’re full. but will let me compare with other popular hotels like Taj, oberoi, tident, we’re staying in.

This was by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed at not just in India but around the world. It was an exceptional experience and made our trip very enjoyable. Everything from the decor, cleanliness and the service makes you to not want to leave. The hotel itself it absolutely stunning and what I appreciate the most is that it offers world class luxury while embracing the traditional royal Gujarati architecture. We initially booked for just one night and ended up extending our stay to 3 nights. The staff is well trained as one would expect at a hotel like this. Lastly, a special shout out to Kashak for her hospitality, welcoming spirit and professionalism. She’s really an asset for the hotel and should be recognized by ITC.

The hotel I stayed in was truly a delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable and I got a good night's rest. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as well, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, my experience at the hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. And the Architecture is so good.

Saff extremely welcoming and checking in process quick and efficient. New Hotel with that wow factor. Extremely clean and well designed. Room facilities all very good. Restaurants are also excellent here.

Restaurants need to manage how the meals are brought out, especially when you are couple dinnig together. In our case my wife's meal arrived first and then 20 minutes later mine arrived. We eat allone! Juices took a long time to arrive too. Otherwise a fabulous hotel.

I can not fault anything.everything was to our expectations.

Just a minor comment about the inconsistent level of service.For example on the first day in the evening the bed was turned down and used towels were replaced and also the water bottles were replaced.This was not done on subsequent evenings.

ITC Narmada is a luxurious hotel combined with extremely accommodating and helpful staff, from Front Office to Doormen, from Room service to Chef, nothing is ever too much, greeted with folded hands to a smile, any concerns are addressed professionally and immediately. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a luxurious stay and enjoy the magnificent ambience this hotel offers.

Location was great. Staff very courteous and welcoming. Special mention for Rishab at the breakfast restaurant.. he was very welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our breakfast and recommending and ensuring all we asked for was on pointe ( brilliant).

The bed was not comfortable. Didn’t sleep well.

This is by far the best hotel in Ahmedabad, all the team is super professionnal, beds super comfortable, room service very good and eficient, and services are amazing at the spa. The Gym is also nice and has all the most recent gym equipments. Also all the staff is very helpfull and very very professionnal. Thank you for the service

there is too much bulky furniture in the room unnecessary which got in the way hit our toes in the corners of things many times.

Everything. This hotel was exquisite. It was the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in. The suite was spacious, the staff was attentive. They went out of there way to make sure everything was perfect.
