the overall experience was great. the room service was also great. there's ample parking space for ur vehicle. the breakfast has a very nice spread and the quality of food was worth it. the room upgrade by booking.com was like ace in the card and it did exceeded my expectations in that case.

there's nothing specific that i didnt like about the property however i must mention that the location of the hotel is bit far from the heart of the city. an important thing to consider if you have to visit the city many a times.

The room was very spacious and clean. I was skeptic after reading certain reviews but honestly the room exceeded all my expectations. Had asked for certain housekeeping services and received it immediately. The breakfast had live stations which was really good. We had reached the property early and we had requested for an early checkin and the reception let us do it.

The location is little off the main city, but has restaurants and supermarkets opposite the hotel.

Facilities available are very nice. You don't have to go out for anything because you have everything available there. Staff is very much supportive and helpful in all the ways.

I had already informed on reception that I have 2 rooms booked. The other room was for my parents and they should not ask any money from them and keep adding it in bill. Even after informing twice, a person went to them and demanded money for food ordered.

Superb breakfast buffet great taste.. Room view was excellent n super service

Everything was great ...just that the room lighting was kind of dim for the evening but overall amazing stay

Comfortable rooms and convenient location

Poor service. Needed reminding TV subscrition not functioning despite assurance it will be done. Charging for ice is not right in a 5 star rated hotel

the entry into the hotel itself was very happily positive, the staff at the reception was very courteous, smiling and very helpful, breakfast was good and room was just too very neat, clean and comfortable

they can improve on the water in the washroom, was salty

Suite : size and kitchen, seating area, bathroom. Cloud o7 club sports activities, swimming pool access and others like very much

Bathroom needs small renovation. Food was avg..at par . In terms of breakfast : quality and variety was ok..ok... Not expected like theses.

it is very nice property and huge place -very nice indoor and outdoor amenities - just internet was too poor or we can say less than poor ( but same time poor internet helps to use amenities well so i take it positive )- and staff is very nice but need to be trained for better hospitality -

it looks management need to learn more about to utilize of property more for in favour of guests as well-

Lift was soo confusing

WIFi wasn’t working upto the mark, rest I must say all rooms are quiet spacious & luxurious and hospitality is just worth it… One must visit this place, although it falls a bit apart from the main city.
