the staff especially the front office staff. they gave me early check in and also granted my late check out request due to the delayed flight. guards, housekeeping and the driver are all very helpful and courteous. The driver named Jayesh? I’m not sure, I forgot his name, is very friendly and can speak English well enough to entertain me throughout my journey from airport to hotel. rooms are truly small as per the other reviews but it’s comfortable for me. little tip: there’s a rumor that nurses who checks in in Holiday Inn are passing the NCLEX! I proved it right! ❤️🙏🏻

Overall Property was good. I would highly recommend this place. Only Room Size is bit small otherwise very positive staff and amenities. Buffet Breakfast could have better option. Less in Veg and less option compared to rest property. Reception who took check in was very helpful. Can't be able to recall her name.

I liked my stay at holiday especially the warm welcome of maherban at the reception he is very kind he has a very good customer care value he is very helpful to international guest he is always there for assistance and very polite and respectful to the customers I will always recommend anyone anytime to holiday in Ahmedabad in the hands of maherban u are always safe!keep the good work maherban.and to holiday inn maherban is a valuable asset to the growth of the hotel.kindly recognize his efforts.

- For one person, in my opinion the rooms are big enough, but still they are quite small - They took care of some of my laundy, but they are pinning small holes in the clothes to label them with the owner. Still these holes are quite big and clearly visible. So be careful with letting them take care of your laundry.

Very clean rooms and comfortable bed, shower was great with good hot water. The breakfast was good with lots of options both European/Western and Indian cuisine. Staff were friendly and the place overall was well presented. Good to be able to do our own laundry too.

Location is a bit out, but Uber made it easy to get around.

Size of room , one of my coins rolled down only for me to discover under bed was super dirty , bathroom shower grouting mildew accumulation , windows full of bird poop must be regularly cleaned .

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad Prahlad Nagar and had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The Wi-Fi was reliable,. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Room size is too small

The location of the hotel is good - close to many restaurants, shops, and a mall. It's also in a quiet and safe area. The free parking was good and there was enough security. The hotel overall was clean, properly organized, and pretty nicely maintained. The staff was almost invisible but they were always helpful. The room was small (like in Europe hotels) but it was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and we all had good sleep. The complimentary breakfast was excellent - enough variety, fresh and tasty.

The bathroom could be a little bigger. They should have hooks for towels and clothes.

Staff were polite and answered all queries. Laundry machine gym facilities are an added bonus. Excellent location near all shopping and eating areas. Separate shower and toilet areas means lot of flexibility and time saving.

Room was small, but it was compact and good enough for two people. Generally, everything was good, considering the price of the room.
