The access to the hotel was tough to find. We couldn't find any board or signage whatsoever. However, once inside, the hotel was pretty good . The rooms were small but comfortable. There were no windows in any room, but it was comfortably air-conditioned. The bed linen was a bit worn. The bath towels were really bad in condition. The TV was not functioning properly, the channels were not changing at all. Despite all this, the staff saved the day. They were extremely helpful and courteous, prompt in their response and service. They even helped in the car parking and getting luggage till there. Overall, the location was awesome, near to everything, , which made us ignore other small things.

Hotel Infa is a very well located property with easy access to Golden Temple, restaurants and shops. The hotel owner was very kind, concerned for our wellbeing and the staff were always attentive to our needs. The hotel is immaculately clean. Don’t be put off by its humble entrance, which belies its quality finishes and facilities.

The lift does not go up to the rooftop restaurant and bar.

Phone was not working and ask at front desk for 3 times to fix it which never fixed so 4 times had to go down to ask for help . In the morning staff member was sleeping on sofa , had to call them many times to wake up and help for hot water ……

Location walking distance from the Golden Temple and other attractions. The room was spacious and clean. They provided laundry service

The WIFI didn't work all the time, the restaurant was not very good. The first impact of the zone was not positive, it is chaotic, lots of garbage and noisy.

Loved its location in the old town and resulting proximity to the bazaars, the Golden Temple and Jallianwallah Bagh. Staff were really helpful. I was initially dubious about an internal room on the ground floor, but later grateful for the fact it largely blocked out Amritsar’s ubiquitous traffic noise!

I thought it was a little expensive, and the pillows were a bit bulky. (Not much to complain about in all honesty!)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good only. Hotel is located close to the Golden Temple which is very good option for visit there . Reception staff were very polite. Thanks to for giving a good room..

Location was great , as all the attractions are nearby on 5 mins of walking distance , staff is very helpfull and always on toes to assist thir guests , Garun and binay from front office are amazing , rooftop restaurant is also amazing and food is so delicious. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Overall our stay was amazing .we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends..

The Location was outstanding as it was at the walking distance from the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh and cloth Market.

It was annoying to experience the check-out process as we were requested to check-out before the time we had requested them for the check-out. We had train to catch at 4:50pm and we had requested them through booking.com that we would like to check-out by 3:00pm. They could have offered us a guest room in case they were full and expecting the customers by 2:00pm, in the same room.

I liked the location and how close it is to the Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. The bed was super comfortable and they gave us a bottle of water.

The jet spray was broken, I didn’t tell them because I was there for one day only. The electricity went multiple times and there’s no power back up. I wanted a cab to the airport and the hotel was charging me Rs.1700. I found a cab service from Google that charged me only 800 to the airport in a Sedan.
