My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of travel. **Service:** The service at Payel Inn is second to none. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were attentive to every detail and always greeted me with a smile. Special thanks to Pradeep for their exceptional hospitality! **Dining:** The dining options are exquisite. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu with a range of delicious dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The experience was amazing and was beyond expectation. I stayed with my mom and was in little dilema while choosing this hotel. But when I have reached there, I could find out the facility is not less than a 5 star. Starting from the reception till house keeping, everyone was very polite and helpfull. The room service was excellent. Last but not the least, the breakfast options are outstanding and give you a 5 star feel. I would definitely visit again.

The matress and pillow was giving little trouble to my neck as it was very soft.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so neat and clean, everything in the room was spick and span. Loved the restaurant and breakfast spread provided. All the staff was helpful and polite. The bathroom was clean with new fixtures with running hot water at all times and AC of the room was in top condition. Stayed in the executive room and it was of a decent size. Everything was just perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free stay in Asansol.

Cleanliness across .Room amenities.. food was good and so are the staff ..

Housekeeping needs an improvement because I have observed that after rendering housekeeping services the said staff did not refill mineral water ,face wash , shampoo,shower gel and did not even provide towels ! Had to get them replaced by escalating at reception.Even during breakfast it is observed that water bottles /juggs are not placed on the table .Rather we had to keep on calling staff to get water and refill it .This feedback should be taken into the right spirit so as to ensure it is rectified on an immediate basis.Take corrective action but coercion. improving services would certainly bring back more occupants in days to come .

Very good Hotel. We are staying for 2 days for our official visit , Hotel Manager Mr. Pradeep kr Singh and Reception person Mr. Sourav Chand and Zeenat all person behaviour are very good. I love it for 2 days. Food is very very good and the food is very very tasty. Mild blowing. Mast visits,I recommend our colleague to visit the hotel , The Hotel are very clean and the rooms are very comfortable.Just love it...

I feel nothing we don't like in the Hotel.

The property is next to the train station. Staffs are extremely courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep (Operations manager), Mr Sourav (front desk), Manojit from the restaurant. Also I got assistance from Sagar and Kunal from gym. The gym is properly equipped which is rarely seen in hotels apart from five star properties. Absolutely loved the stay. Would definitely revisit when I am back to Asansol

Hotel facilities nd staffs are very good Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use.Thank you for the wonderful comfy room & delicious dinner.

IN the housekeeping services Need to improve @Turn down services is not given in morning room cleaning time and curtains little bit open for guest impressions when he enter the room after room cleaning But cleaning methods are very impressive

Perfect like a 5* hôtel, the Manager Mr Sourav came to meet us, we got an upgrade for welcome, large room perfectly equipped. All staff very helpfull. Nice restaurant on the 5th Floor with an excellent chef, large choice, and excellent buffet for breakfast. We recomment this Establishment.
