The hotel room was really spacious and gave us a great room at a high floor. The window was huge and had a great view onto the city center and its greenery. The beds were very comfortable and huge and we had a great sleep. We loved the dinner, breakfast options and got great attention from the chefs. They made arrangements for our dietary restrictions and prepared gluten free and lactose free options for my wife. We loved the cocktails as well and really had a great evening. The warmth of the staff was commendable and we had a great check in and check out experience. Overall, we were very happy with this stay.

The property is fairly maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and polite. You get good service for fair amount of money

The restaurant staff must speak good English at least for international customers. I had few international colleagues with me and they had difficulty talking to the restaurant staff. Outside of the property premise is little dirty. It should be maintained just like the inside of the property.

The breakfast was excellent. Mr Prhalad, manager of Orchid arranged very nicely to celebrate our marriage anniversary. Thanks to him.

The exhaust of wash room could have been better. The water of swimming pool was very cold and might have been done something to make it warm.

AMbience and service are good

Rates of standard MRP items available in the room are also hiked (much beyond the MRP rates) with no reason. Also, can facility available is also very costly when compared to the rates at Durgapur town.

Large rooms with everything you need. Immaculately clean. Friendly, accommodating staff members Excellent breakfast. Lovely rooftop pool. Just great.

Location is good. Staffs are welcoming. Breakfast options are plenty.

They delay services sometimes. They don't have shower cubicle and one has to use bathtub. The bathtub is difficult to access for people with disabilities.

Vert convenient location. Its a standard business hotel that meets the expectation of the standard traveler. Though the breakfast was again standard, some fresh thinking is required

Property was exceptional. Everyone excelled our expectation, right from reservation to front dest to house keeping to F & B. Suraj and his team in F & B needs a special shoutout. Overall great stay.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and hygienic. They r following covid protocols to the T. We found everything to be in order and everything ready at the blink of an eye. We had ordered meals for my infant daughter which they sent as complimentary. It was a very nice gesture. A superb special stay, with Amazing food and buffet had so many options. We did not face any challenge to feed our daughter, thanks to the super helpful dining staff. We would like to visit soon!

The pricing seemed a bit on the higher side, which is d only downsode. And d pool was closed, thanks to covid.

The AC of the room was not functioning well and they charged us triple occupancy but the room alloted to us was really small so we didnt have comfortable stay
