The location on the river was very nice, with the pool area a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were there for the New Year Eve gala, which was excellent, with the food exceptional. We found some nice places to eat along the river and the beach area was nice to visit in the day, but too busy for us at night. We were very well looked after by Lalita and her team, all we saw was smiles and great service. An unsung hero was Rajesh Kumar who was the pool attendant for the whole week we were there. Even before we had thought about or asked the question, Rajesh was already delivering the answer. His level of service was perfect in every aspect. This was our first time in Goa and look forward to exploring more.

Amazing hotel on the edge of the river and close to the beach and main street, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, super clean pool with nice view and good looking garden, very clean and big room with big bathroom, clean bed sheets and towels, nice terrace with pool view and table with chairs, easy check-in and check-out process, helpful staff.

The payment trough Booking was not accepted from the hotel, so we needed to go in person before the reservation get cancelled, but we managed to pay with card on spot and to secure the reservation.

the property was clean, quiet and relaxing, and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, always 2 steps ahead, and nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast was fantastic, a large choice of local cuisine, which changed each days, and standard continental options, with juices, teas and coffees. the dinner was delicious, we opted to eat in the restaurant on the first night and the food was quick, authentic and tasty.

We travelled in May, which is very hot, and the pool was quite hot, if there was a way to cool the water in the pool through the filtration system? that’s the only thing that could have made the stay absolutely perfect.

Nice view,. Property area very clean and nice well behaviour staff. Pools are also nice for kids and adult.. breakfast was so nice and yummy my kids enjoy lots..... Jacuzzi was nice and good location...spa and pool gud.

Everything was fine but , its not gud that anyone can go inside without our permission when we r not in room. Here also the same we dry our clothes outside the balcony and we go out when we reach in our room we see that somebody already keep our clothes inside room, thats not good without permissions no one need to go guest room.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is relaxing and very green. The room was as pictured and location is great!

The resturant and bar closes at 10:30pm each day. There was limited room services.

I don’t know who was on the reception when I first entered, but there was this old guy who was on the reception was extremely rude, but in the morning we had another manager, who was extremely supportive. There’s another manager lady who is extremely sweet and understanding, and she even extended our checkout time. 

Very well maintained property. Also very well behaved staff i.e. everyone from cafe staff to housekeeper to swimming pool caretaker etc.

Just the mattress in the room was not at all comfortable. Got little back pain now.

• Beautiful property - It boasts of a gorgeous waterfront view, and the overall boutique set-up of the resort is enchanting! • Superb staff - The room was ready before time during check-in. Staff was cheerful and helpful! • Brilliant location - Despite being located at Baga, this resort enjoys a serene setting, and travelling across all the major attractions/beaches across North Goa is super comfortable from here.

The food was alright. Not the best I've had in Goa. I ordered some Indian as well as Asian fare, and I feel the flavours could be fine tuned further. But no complaints per sé! When in Goa, one ends up being outside almost all day long. And this hotel definitely promises prompt room service too if one must eat there.

It’s the second time I stay in Acron, first one was 2015…. this hotel is simply perfect, beautiful views, extremely comfortable bed, super friendly and well trained staff, I definitely recommend it and will come again!

Pool had a bit too much chlorine

Location is near by Baga beach ..hotels staff specially Mukesh is very nice and helpful ..rooms are spacious clean and well maintained ..good breakfast ..
