Restaurant closed on Tuesday. Limited menu. No plastic glasses so you could have a drink in the pool even though it had a place to sit in it with a table.

The location of the property is amazing(right across Baga Beach and close to all the happening places). Unlike most of the fancy resorts the in room food was fairly priced with good quantity and quality. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet has limited menu but it is sufficient enough for people on a vacation and avoids wastage since a lot of people don’t even wake up and come to eat. The housekeeping team is also very prompt with their service. Overall an amazing experience. The purpose of a cozy leisure stay was served perfectly.

Having read in the reviews already it’s very close to the happening clubs around so anyone with a delicate sleep or with children could may be avoid it. But not all rooms have the same intensity. It was a little lesser in the rooms above.

A delightful little pocket-sized resort in the heart of the action. Very clean and characterful, a moment's walk from Baga/Calangute beach, as well as the vibrant night strip for shopping, bars, and restaurants. I loved the vibe during the day, very peaceful and serene with a nice pool with lots of vegetation and nature everywhere you look (the freshwater fish in big garden pots and ponds was a personal favourite of mine!) The rooms were cool and cosy, named after spices rather than numbered (which was a nice touch)! The food at the restaurant was exceptional and always served with a smile, as well as the breakfast buffet with additional items cooked to order. The staff were very helpful and facilitating, making us feel very welcome and looked after.

Though the location is great for immediate access to the strip, as much as I loved the resort and would certainly like to go back again in the future, I reluctantly feel the need to mention the noise levels during the weekend from nearby bars at night. It got quite loud and audible in the room, so it might not be the perfect option if not planning on using the strip at night, but having said that the pros outweigh the cons by a landslide and this all in all is just a minor criticism of this lovely property on the whole. Everything else was perfect.

Feels like an oasis with rooms in a garden and in a colonial house, lots of green and a nice small pool. I had a soundproof room ('Lily'), so no disturbance from loud disco's nearby. The nice restaurant is half open with a view to the beach. The AC works good. Staff, and general manager, are very friendly and helpfull. Taxi's available in front of hotel. Beach is only 50m away! Street with lots of shops, pubs etc around the corner.

I really liked the cottage. Also, staff was largely good: esp housekeeping, breakfast folks, security, etc. Only time I worried was when at night a local cab driver had an argument with me. Security guard was good but i wasn't sure if the reception guy on the night duty was on my side. Please be unambiguously on the side of your guests when outsiders are causing trouble. Just because your guests chose you, please keep them safe. The morning staff at reception desk were good reassured me and saw me safe to my cab. Otherwise I was really scared that resort is not on my side. Other than this minor thing, my stay was really good and I slept well in the cottage.

Breakfast menu doesn't change. It's boring. Some live counter items are good but still.. Lunch was cooked really well mostly.

Everything apart from the internet is very good, location is perfect those who want to enjoy some night life in north Goa. Very good breakfast.

As state in the description there were loud noice because of the party at the pubs n clubs, make ur own choice. Unfortunately the Wifi wasn’t working, staffs tried to solve the problem and told us usually it’s working well but there were some problem during our stay!

I had chosen "Executive Room with Sea View" during my stay.The room and the property were maintained very well. The room was spacious. The sea view from the room was also awesome. But what I loved the most is that the resort is located very close to the Baga beach. The beach is located just infront of the resort. Baga beach is famous for its nightlife and you get to enjoy it better.

The buffet breakfast could have been better and more options could have been included in the menu. One suggestion would be that they could charge MRP on drinking water bottle supplied to rooms. I was charged around Rs 72/- for a one litre Kinley water bottle(i.e almost 3.5 times higher). Parking facility also could be improved. The resort doesn't have parking in its compound. You have to use the common parking outside the resort and they charge you around Rs 30/ (per 4 hours) for 2 wheeler parking.These suggestion could be considered.

Good location just 100m from baga beach, behaviour of staff was good, complimentary breakfast was also super, room was very neat and clean.

No beach view, no lock for bathroom doors and cupboard

The floor in the balcony room is unfinished as it's just concrete. No tiles and to black dark paint around the sink. All the balconies over look a jungle which they don't show in their pictures.....
