Some staff very kind and capable (thank you James), others inexperienced in dealing with guests. Important information was simply not provided, therefore laundry was late, no milk before 8.30, showers cold, no housekeeping without dropping the key etc. This all could have been avoided with professional management and communication. At checkout someone was sent to check the room. Like I'm going to steal something? Very very bad manners! Wifi requires frequent logins, access should be permanent.

I stayed at this place for 15 days and for 15 days it felt like a home, i want to thanks to GRE Arnav Mondal, what a superb guy and also the manager Akshya Bharadjwaj , he is the leader and a team worker also i want to thanks other GRE Karthik, very smart and helpful. Olive by embassy group in richmond road is the best hotel i ever stayed in Bangalore. Room Staffs like Shyamal, Sagar, Subash,Lucky, Sindre these guys are awesome. form my 15 days stay i can say that this is the best place to stay. Thank you guys you guys treated like me like your own !! Thank you for all the efforts you made. KUDOS !!!!

I stayed here for 9 days. The property is very clean and is located in the heart of the city. 10/10 for the location. Coffee counter is a boon👍✌️Loved it so much. The staff Mr AKSHAY, MR KARTIK , MR ARNAB are wonderful and very helpful. They made my stay so pleasant and comfortable. Very professional and polite. The property does not have an in-house restaurant. That is a bit of a hustle to be honest. It would be good if dining is provided. Otherwise I really enjoyed my trip to Bangalore. Felt homely and cozy❤️

Akshay in the front office was so hospitable from check in to check out he holds the property to its name. All the support staffs did their best. This place is the best if you want to be in the centre of the city. Hot water is available for 24 hrs. They have smart tv so u can log in with ur profile. Order food via APP as they don't have kitchen here. The best place for stay if u wanna roam around the city. Do not miss their terrace view in the 6th floor. 24 hrs coffee in the machine n u have a kiosk for snacks too.. The place is absolutely worth the money n super cozy

Not that I don't like. The rooms are quiet small but definitely fits two. Bed properly fits two there is a very little extra space. Window shades needs to be addressed. Nothing much to complain

Amazing value for money, especially if your looking for a quick work visit to Bangalore within city limits. My booking experience was an absolute dream, even though I booked through Booking.com, I still called up the hotel there were four members in particular Akshay, Karthik, Arnab and Shymal. They were extremely responsive and mindful of the requests I had, since the guests I was sending there had visual impairments. They regularly checked on them and were very accommodating. The rooms were neat and clean! I know for a fact I would re-book this place again when I have another business meeting and need to accommodate my staff.

I was thrilled to return for my second stay, and it was a pleasure to once again encounter the exceptional concierge, Akshay. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Karthik, who provided invaluable assistance with ensuring a stable internet connection throughout the night. The hotel's central location proved to be incredibly convenient, with the Coffee Day lounge and UB City within easy walking distance. Opting for a larger room this time was a wise choice, as the increased space offered a heightened sense of comfort compared to previous visits. I was delighted to discover that the hotel had recently added a refrigerator at the reception, which proved to be incredibly useful for storing my medications and personal belongings.

First of all, Mr Akshay the property manager is a great man, who helps customers in any way he can, and makes sure everything with the stay is perfect! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and interesting to chat with as well. At night, Mr Karthik also does a commendable job of taking care of guests, and is a friendly person as well! The hotel itself is new, modern, clean, well-equipped, and located ideally for a stay in the city. Rooms have hot showers, cold ac, fast wifi, comfy beds, kettle, Amazon firestick, free coffee and teas, and a vending machine for snacks.

Very good location, very clean, value for the money, i would say more value than the money you pay.

Only one feedback, when the customer checks in the person at the counter should explicitly mention that they don't serve food. Although it's not a drawback, 2 mins walk on the back side there is a good dosa place, next to the hotel there is a coastal food place and also a cloud take away place on the main road itself.

The room wasn't clean enough, especially the bathroom and the floor. The towels and sheets were washed but they had some stains. The curtain was quite dirty as well. Also, it's right by the road, so not great for light sleepers. But all in all, it is not a bad place for the price.
