I have been here thrice . The staff is very courteous. Ambience at dinner hall is good Choice of food is good. This time some nuisance was caused by a dinner hall manager but he was the only bad experience and i mentioned his name to the hotel management. Estrela we would always go despite anything .

Avoid feni if u drink . It hits u hard . And there was one person whose name I won't mention , a dinner hall manager. He himself was recommending some other hotels to customers . Also gave us a free coupon with assured gift to a newly opened hote l

Food was superb, location is excellent, and it's beach front property. Please note that it does not have private beach but the beach is accessible via walking distance. They have nice breakfast and good set of entertainment. Swimming pool was clean and nice.

It mentioned in the facilities of the property that resort have SPA available but when we asked they said that they don't have the facilities in fact they mentioned that they didn't have this facility at all even from very beginning. It's kind of miscommunication and must be corrected from booking.com

Bcz we stay in many hotels and this hotel is now also in my memorie party. For cleaning staff behaviour very nice.. Breakfast was so nice and yummy my child enjoy it. evryone thery very good.. its good near to beach safe for kids no traffic here and in beach is very nice, no too much crowd here. Beach was very clean so we stay there in night and day my kids full enjoy on beach play... In just there hotel if you want to by and swimming costume or hat or something you can buy just outside the hotel...

We dont like that bathroom cartunes its so dirty..need to clean after finish someone stay.

We liked the property location along with its beautiful garden which ends on the beach. Staff were polite and friendly. We felt like we were at home not at some hotel. Best experience. Thank you.

The room with the bathtub was not that clean else rest other things and club room were top notch.

Location beach walk Cottage rooms cute but wear and tear. Bonus pathways to other rooms is a walkway of cottages with greenery and nice night lights to give romantic fantasy feel. Very good. Not notice mosquitoes so good. Staff work hard to serve you and smile and greet throughout the day. Sometimes missing in 5 star today. Due to the reasonable price and balance of all else the place is busy with family, couples, friends a mix of people, making enjoyable experience. Food was great for price or even better then better. Room service great. Breakfast in morning more then enough to keep u happy. Approx price in Diwali 4500 per night with breakfast, good price.

Rooms are cute but need fixing wear and tear, which understand is hard in covid times but would make your rooms a 10. Right now 7 to 8 only because good size and sitting patio outside to see walkway lights and other cottages. So really rooms are good even with patience of wear and tear. Food extras were very reasonable. Do budget friendly but holiday sex appeal set up.
