Property is maintained well. Facilities like spa, gym and swimming pool are good. We stayed in a family suite room and it was very comfortable. Food is good but room service takes lot of time. Restaurant and bar are aesthetically done. Taxi and scooter rental available just outside the gate. Beach is about 1.5 kms. Calangute main road is about 500 meters where there are good restaurants and plenty of liquor and cashew nut shops. Most of the staff are good, very responsive and customer focused.

Breakfast had many items but taste was not great. Needs lot of improvement in preparation. 3 of us fell ill after eating a breakfast item in the buffet. Quality of ingredients need to be improved. Service was very slow on the day of check-in. Luggage was brought to the room almost after 30 mins and continuous follow ups. Extra bed was put on the floor after charging exorbitant amount for extra person. Cot was provided only after raising concern. Some staff are not customer oriented. They need to be trained.

• I was disappointed with the first pay at the time of check-in. Whereas no where I came to have this experience in other hotels. This might be company policy but management should amend this policy to pay at the time of check-out. • Every room should have Wall Clock and Calendar. • The Marriott management should give provision to hang wet cloths for drying. • Management should offer room cleaning services everyday at specific fix time, let’s say around 12:00 noon. But here I had to call and ask for room cleaning services.

This property is maintained well, nestled away from the crowd set in a calm location surrounded by greenery. Swimming pool is excellent, rooms are quite good, breakfast is awesome, food served in the restaurant is great. More than all the staff are very caring, courteous, great hospitality ! Special call out to few team members who went beyond their duty to demonstrate exceptional service 1 ) Kalpesh from the F&B team, he is an excellent very courteous person who works with passion. Thank you very much Kalpesh :-) 2) Mr Khanderao and his team who took care of our needs very well, each request of us was attended to especially the birthday cake and arrangements. 3) James from F&B team again for taking care of us especially for the tea 4) Nikitha from house keeping team who was very dedicated in her tasks. 5) Alicia from the front office and her team.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Fairfield by Marriott Calangute, Goa! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options. A special thank you to Kalpesh, Sangeeta, Akshay, and Hitesh at the restaurant who were extremely helpful and guided us through the dinner menu with great recommendations. At the front desk, Alisa was incredibly helpful in assisting us with planning our Goa tours, making our sightseeing experience seamless and enjoyable. My mother also had a fantastic Swedish massage at the Spa, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We are truly grateful to the entire team at Fairfield for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute for four nights and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and cozy stay. The hospitality of the staff was top-notch – they were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Goa! Special thanks to Ms. Sakshi from the restaurant for her excellent service and warm demeanor, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It delivers everything a Fairfield promises. Our stay was made extra comfortable & special by 2 very key people at the property. 1st would be Mr Kalpesh - he simply outdid himself by going above & beyond for us, always ensuring we had everything - and that too with the biggest smile on his face. If I could fill up all the feedback forms in his favour, I would. Good luck with your career in hospitality Kalpesh :) Then there’s the lovely Ms Alisa - she’s the poster card of Goan hospitality. Vibrant, warm, helpful, smiling & a great conversationalist. The upper management & team at Fairfield are seriously lucky to have Alisa on board with them. Marriot itself is a trusted brand therefore the choice of Fairfield. 1. The staff were very courteous, always eager to help. 2. Dining hall staff @breakfast were extremely friendly and connected with us like family. Special mention Chef Shree, Elina, Sangeeta and Sumi. 3. Rohit was truly efficient and always available to fulfill our needs pertaining to housekeeping. 4. Sadashiv, the gym trainer's regular guidance was extremely helpful. 5. Swimming pools trainer's tips were commendable.

On our 7th floor balcony, of room #705, the discovery of 5 cigarette butts was a mystery. This is fyi and resolution, as this could raise a finger at security of guest rooms and their belongings.

All the staff were friendly and helpful with taxi rank outside the hotel. About 20 minutes walk to amazing beach and ideally situated for Calangute and Candolim. The atmosphere was very relaxed and extra room cleans were not an issue. The bar and restaurant staff were all particularly kind and wonderful people - especially Rajat (sorry if I mis-spelled the name - terrific barman and great cocktail maker when nothing was too much trouble!), Juanita and Vishal. There were many more people (sorry I don't have all your names) so the hospitality ethos is definitely one rooted in genuine consideration towards guests. This was an unexpected, 'once in a lifetime' holiday for a wedding but we are definitely keen to return because it was an amazingly positive and uplifting experience. Thank you!

Lack of easy information at reception to arrange touring excursions and advice for trips around Goa. (Hadn't heard of Sinquerium Beach)

We had a most wonderful time staying at the Fairfield Marriott Goa. The best hotel we stayed in India during our 6 months in India. The service standard and food was impeccable. It is obvious that all staff were working as a team with a common goal of guest satisfaction.When we arrived we were pleasantly welcomed by Nikita at reception and over our stay were consistently looked after by Sreedatri. Included breakfast was a treat every morning with a large variety catering to all tasts. We were keenly and attentively served by Kalpech and Rohit, who even remembered our preference for tea, coffee and parathas. All in all my wife and I highly recommend staying at this hotel Helga & Inder Queensland, Australia

The people make the property. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. The duty manager upgraded us to a suite when she found out that we might have an extra guest staying with us and we might need a rollaway bed. The spa was great as well and we loved the pool and the friendly bar/pool staff and beers on offer

The breakfast was chaotic on day 1. We went in at 9.15ish which in hindsight was a mistake since all Indians generally have their hotel breakfasts at that time. Next time we will will be sure to go in earlier to beat the crowds
