The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it a lot as a family. The location of the hotel is perfect, the facilities in the kids play area or recreation is updated from the last time we visited and it is great. Kaveri one of the attendants was very kind and polite to the kids. Actually all of them. The breakfast spread is awesome and provides good variety. Rooms were clean and spacious and even the housekeeping attended us daily which was nice.

We had to ask for a welcome drink where as it should have been offered, basics.. Our car tag was misplaced and hence driven to other customers however the customer said it is not his and the staff realized their error. It's a security risk, how could this happen?

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric for five days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every detail of my stay was handled with care, professionalism, and warmth. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure comfort throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options every day, and the quality was consistently excellent. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and provides a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The chef deserves a special mention for their culinary expertise – each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and incredibly flavorful. From the warm hospitality to the impeccable service, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Hyatt, for making my stay memorable. I look forward to visiting again!

The room service, food and entertainment activities

My only negative experience was with room allocation. I had initially requested for 4 rooms together since we are a family with senior citizens in our group. Initially one room was given next to the elevator and the other 3 rooms were at other corner of the building. Upon requesting again at the reception, the one room was moved next to the three other rooms. Also, I had requested for late checkout till 5pm, for at-least one room due to our flight timings. Although I was requesting this at the reception 2 -3 days in advance I was only informed of the extra charges to do so on the last day morning.

It is an excellent property with a wonderful location. The food and beverages department was exceptional with scrumptious cuisinel! A huge round of applause for Chef Gaurav, for his humble nature, professional experience, and valuable suggestions for the choice of food and drinks!! Special mention of Ms.Rasikta and her team, Mr. Naresh, Ms. Muskan, and Mr.Lav. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with special mention of Mr.Lakhan and Mr.Tejas here. A special mention of Ms. Norah at Team Reservations, who ensured a smooth stay. The entire staff was very courteous and professional! It is just 800 meters far from candolim beach. There is a secret route to the beach near Kakke di hatti. Hotel staff is very polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is delicious with good ambience. Just outside the hotel we can hire scooty at reasonable rates. Nearby you can visit good restaurants also (Delhi darbaar, Kailaas Parbat, Great-e-Punjaab). Will visit again. 🙂🌴🌊

The property is amazing . I will like to visit again at this property. The hotel is close to beach not too far and a lot of good places around the hotel . The property has an excellent breakfast menu , a great swimming pool and amenities. The room was perfectly clean and good washroom. The service is top notch and the staff is courteous. The property even has a facility of cloak room to store luggage in case u re flight time changes and u wish to have ur luggage stored safely . The hotel is very flexible to accommodate their guests. I will rate 10 on 10 hotel .

We stayed in Hayat centric again after a remarkable stay two years back. However this time we have mixed reviews, the best part in our stay was hospitality provided by Chef Vikas and Inder. They ensured that we have good and fresh food everytime. We were here for celebration of my sons birthday and Chef Vikas provided fresh and delicious cake for birthday that too at the time we demanded.Vadapao and daal pakwan which we adored last time also were provided immediately on demand this time also that too fresh and tasteful. Thanks Chef Vikas and Inder for catering the food requirements for our kids promptly. Also want to thanks supporting staff Abir and Vippin for providing quick service at the time of breakfast. Room service was decent and good.

I would like to highlight one point about the stay that corridor outside my room had too much noise because of the people passing late night distributing our sleep. We highlighted this issue to the staff but they said no rooms are available to change . I expect next time if we plan please take care of these issues as we stay in Hyatt for comfort and care.

Staff was excellent from restaurant to front office to back end. Hotel was clean, cozy and just perfect

Breakfast buffet lacked 5 star standards in terms of food choices, variety. Though it more than made up in taste. Please include fresh orange juice, salads, more green & fresh food than fried or chinese options !!! More cheese, humus, olives and non veg esp in salads. Croissants were tough as nail every single day !

Hyatt Centric Candolim is very well located. It is a great property to stay for close access to Candolim beach. THe customer service there is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful. The room service staff did an excellent job of fulfilling all our needs. Special thanks to Priyanshi, Atul and Divakar who take care of our room during our stay. Definfetly would recommened to stay here.

Although the kids activities were very helpful in keeping the kids engaged, many of they were charged seprately.
