The deluxe rooms are well designed and spacious.

The issue is with the standard rooms wherein the washrooms are very small which is the most negative point

Great breakfast and food quality. Beach access to Sinquerium beach was good. Portuguese vibrant colours of all buildings is brilliant. Swimming pool is ok. Bed and rooms are quite big and comfortable.

The electrical kettle was not working at all. TV remote did not have batteries. The room doors were not so smooth and a bit tricky to lock. Parking is not sufficient for such a big resort.

We had a lovely stay there. I think the thing that really made it was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Lorna, who worked on reception. There was a pool, the food was nice. There is a path through to the beach , and it was the quieter end of the beach.

There wasn't really much to say. The only thing was the electrics cutting out - seemed to be when I used the hair dryer . Having said that, it was soon switched on again, so it's not really a problem.

Little far from the beach even with its own private road. Would be nice to have some built road at least till the beach beginning

The beautiful buildings create the illusion of a Portuguese small town. Great location with a private path from the hotel to the beautiful, crowdfree beach. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool and surrounding area. The breakfast was the best I’ve had on this trip in India, mostly because of the omelette chef. A bacon omelette in the morning is the perfect start of the day!

The bathroom in my room could use an update. The faucet in the sink was loose, the heat in the shower unreliable.

Really friendly staff, lovely pool and great cocktails! It's nice for the centre to head for meals in the evening and the walkway to the beach is really useful. It was very calm and nice to wind down at

Location was perfect and the private access to the beach was perfect. I was able visit the beach every evening for the sunset

Wi-Fi was non existent. Since I was on vacation it didn’t matter as much but could be a major inconvenience to most folks.

the property is very pretty and cosy. old worldly charm. but more than the property, the staff were very very good. the tv in my room wasn’t working. they tried to fix it but it was a signal issue. as soon as they realised this will take time, they gave me an upgraded room and made my stay very comfortable. I totally appreciate their kind gesture.

A/c in the living room of the suite would be nice

All Clean - Bedroom, Toilet, Small living room & a small kitchen with a small fridge. Housekeeping & Room service staff are attentive & helpful. New Bedsheets & New Towels maybe required.

Rooms near the swimming pool is noisy due to guests! Better to stay in rooms away from the pool for some Quiet.

Rooms spacious & clean. Staff very friendly. Location super. Food is Good n reasonably priced.

Rooms/block face each other! Too close for privacy! Very noisy guests n loud music, drying underwear & other clothes etc on the balcony bit tacky!
