Late Post, I had the pleasure of booking a last-minute stay at the Hilton Hotel, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a luxurious experience from start to finish. The moment you step into the property, you're greeted with an ambience that exudes elegance. Our rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, with housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless on a daily basis. The staff deserves a special mention for their humility and kindness—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, offering a variety of delicious options that cater to every palate. The property itself is a sight to behold. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunset view, which is simply unforgettable. A special shoutout to the manager, Shailesh, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. His attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction are commendable. And to Zodini, who is exceptional with her service and hospitality. Every property has its pros and cons, but the pros here far outweigh any minor cons. In fact, the cons are so negligible that they’re barely worth mentioning. This property is an absolute must-visit, and I can't wait for the opportunity to return. If you're looking for a luxurious, hassle-free stay, this is the place to be.

Really liked the rooms - very comfortable beds and nice bathroom as well. The view of the river from the property is really nice as well. Enjoyed the Goan thali they were serving for lunch.

The 'four pools' is a misleading description. Technically they do have four pools but don't get excited over it. Also the seating near the pool had no umbrellas (they were gone for maintenance apparently, all at the same time) and the cushions on the recliners near the pool were not water proof which is kinda gross. Some of the food was meh. Not awful but not great.

The property is lovely and you can totally forget about the outside. The staff was amazing and they really make sure you are enjoying your stay and you have all you need. I also need to highlight that my partner got sick and they were super helpful by helping us to get to the hospital and waiting for us (Priyam from the front desk and our driver Sawant were our heroes that night)

They should improve the communication regarding all the services they have to offer, clarity about the cab services and scooter rentals; specifically that they offer transportation from the hotel to the beach, this could avoid unnecessary expenses and it could totally help you to plan your stay better.

It's a beautiful property. The staff was lovely. The room was great. The housekeeping was prompt. The view from the balcony was stunning. The cab services were easily booked by the concierge. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Maybe it's because of it being off-season (end of August), there was no spa, the main pool was under renovation and there were hardly any people around. So I didn't stay at the property for too long and headed out.

The staff were the most authentic and friendly people I have ever met at any hotel. Had a lot of amazing conversations with them. The location and the shuttle service to the Candolim beach was very convenient for us. The hotel also helped us in booking the commute for our trips to nearby places in Goa which eased a lot of our planning headache.

Too much moisture entered the room even when the doors were closed.Rooms require better sealing.Our ac regulator was not working .The mechanic expressed his helpness.Though the breakfast was excellent,there was lack of veg dishes.

Beautiful resort, very clean, nice pool with comfy beds, good gym, amazing breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful (kitchen) staff, special thanks to Shweta!

One thing: please please please get rid of the small 200ml water bottles that are everywhere in the resort. Not sustainable and not necessary. Why not water points throughout the resort with reusable cups?

Location, design, staff, food. Was here during my birthday. The housekeeping made a special Decoration and surprise me with a nice chocolate cake. Thumb up to the housekeeping team - Suraj, Joseph, Choudry & Viswajeet.
