Its a beautiful,Brand new,fully furnish luxorios villa.Very well equipedwith kitchen & seperate dining area,a cosy indoor swimming pool with water curtain waterfall,Good sitout area nerar the pool wifi throughout the villa, the most likeable is the covered terrace with a bar counter,ample sitout area for sitting/party. lift is also avaliable from the ground floor to the terrace(3rd floor) the villa is equipped with parking area having EV charging point. The property is set & surrounded by greenery & is very peaceful.

There are certaintly no faults to be seen

The facilities and amenities were all good

1. The owner does not provide the key to the villa saying that it is completely safe…. On requesting many times he agreed to give only one room key to place our expensive stuff there. 2. The caretaker breaches the privacy every now and then. He enters the villa anytime he wants as we were not having keys also. Should improve this and respect the privacy. 3. They asked us to remove the shoes and chappals and move in the entire 3 story house barefooted as it will get dirty.

Villa is very luxurious. Bedrooms and toilets are spacious and maintained very well. Villa has a lift facility, which makes the stay more convenient for elderly. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. It is located in a peaceful location. Housekeeping staff are very helpful. It is close to beaches and good restaurants near the property. Excellent house for couple , family , friends or groups. Child friendly. Pool is cosy. Place is in between Panjim and Calangute. WILL SURELY COME BACK AGAIN FOR A LONGER STAY.

I was really looking for points where I could find a fault.

The property is very spacious and is located amidst greenery. There is a caretaker available at your disposal.There are ample restaurants available nearby to satisfy your taste buds and it is just a walk away. A state of the art swimming pool available to relieve your stress amidst peaceful atmosphere. All rooms are fully equipped with wifi connectivity & cleanliness is at it's best.The terrace with bar gives you a true Goan feeling. Last but not least, beaches, boat cruises, casinos are within short distances to make your Goan Holiday memorable. A super luxury villa which is definitely worth to come over and over again.

The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable stay.

The location is not close to the beach, however it is close to local amenities
