Our trip to Chennai, was memorable. One of the main highlights was an amazing stay at Citadines. Everyone from the security guard to the manager were awesome and very professional. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I would like to give a special shoutout to the managers Mr Ashok and Mr Pandi, who were very kind. The housekeeping staff Mr Mahesh, Mr Sitaram and Mr Sia from the kitchen was very kind too. The place has enough space for parking, has good steam and sauna facilities too.

We had to request for a room change, as some rooms on the first floor could do with refurbished baths. They are renovating the place. Hope it gets getter next time. I would like to mention that Ms Mahalakshi from the breakfast section was very rude. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the gym and the pool. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, offering delicious and diverse menu options. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive with a wide range of fresh and flavorful options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of perfect, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. I look forward to staying here again! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Rooms were very nice and clean and the view was fantastic. Room service was upto the mark.

Receptionist (two morning shift ladies) in the reception was not very responsive and was acting as if they own the hotel. Could be more better.

This is a newly renovated property on OMR in Chennai. The entrance, reception area are all done up really nicely. There is adequate parking for self driven cars. Staff are polite and attentive. There is a small coffee shop downstairs and you can easily order beverages from here to be delivered to your room. There is also a multi cuisine restaurant downstairs and the food is decent. Coming to the room- has modern amenities, is stylishly done up, and is clean. There is a mini fridge in the room as well as a water dispenser (which isn't very aesthetic, but is super useful to have!). The room had a balcony with a nice view of the OMR cityscape. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and there was ample hot water. WIFI is fast too. Overall, really liked our stay and it was better than expected!

A hair dryer could be provided in the bathroom. The location is far from Chennai centre and there is a lot of metro work happening on the road in front of the property- but I think the latter is true of a lot of main roads in Chennai today!

The ambience and cleanliness was beyond our expectations. Immaculate in every sense. Mr. Wasim, Natasha, front office staff exceptional. Inzamam was an excellent performer. We being senior citizens were really taken care of. Anil of housekeeping does a wonderful job. This housekeeping guy needs recognition for his good work. Citadines apartment hotel can be recommended to any type of traveler Keep it up Citadines.

The restaurant providing guest breakfast is a sham. It’s killing the good image of Citadines. Plz get rid of this contractor immediately Restaurant and food is a disgrace Unhygienic and unpalatable. 10 days of rubbish breakfast

we had an incredible stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed by both the accommodation and the exceptional service. comfort and satisfaction. the room was immaculate, beautiful,What really stood out, though, was the level of service—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request, no matter how small. Lucky we booked in Citadines, not through Air B & B. The apartment was great for our need. Every day, the cleaning staff kept the place spotless. It was a great help for us because we didn't have to worry about anything else. It gave us time to mind our business why we were there. The security of that place was high and don't have to worry. We both enjoyed the in-house restaurant. The food was great, and we were able to ask the chef to make what we want also. All the staff in Citadines are very friendly and very helpful. I am definitely booking my next trip to chennai in Citadines.

I prefer Citadines to take the payments straightaway when we do the booking rather than waiting until the gest arrives. In our case, we benefit from the exchange rate. According to Indian government policy, Citadines is taking our iD documents. We prefer if Citadines gives us confidence that our documents are safe with them and their cyber security also up to the standard.

I recently stayed at Citadines OMR Chennai and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and the bathroom was kept spotless throughout my stay. The lobby area was welcoming and modern, providing a great first impression. The service was commendable; the staff were attentive and eager to assist with any requests or inquiries.

However, there are a couple of areas where I feel there could be some improvement. Firstly, the pricing is on the higher side for the location. Secondly, the hotel's location can be a bit challenging due to heavy traffic in the area, making it a bit of a hassle to get in and out.
