The friendly attitude of the staff and their dedicated enthusiasm to ensure every aspect of my short stay was catered for. In particular Ram who sorted out my stay and all my requests prior to my arrival. Sriavani at the desk who efficiently dealt with my requests whilst at the property. John and Madhan who were always present when i needed assistance with local amenities. Samir in the restaurant was a great assistance in helping my choices with the local cuisine and attentive to my needs throughout the meals. Sameri was always willing to assist if i had any questions. All in all it was like visiting friends and family who all showed empathy and professionalism throughout my short stay. THANK YOU

Could not fault anything

The rooms were immaculate and room service was excellent although they were rather small in size. The facilities seemed pretty old and outdated. We had a wide variety of warm and cold food for breakfast. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, we particularly appreciated Santosh’s selfless help and support.

The location was the only downside as it was located on a very busy highway very far from the city centre and the main tourist attractions.

The overall stay was amazing. Their dinner and breakfast buffet shouldn't be missed. Dinner and breakfast had a wide range of cuisines served hot. The size of the room was adequate, the only thing that I felt a bit odd about was the interlocked rooms where u could hear the people staying in the room next to you. The quality of the toiletries was very good. I would Highly recommend booking rooms with half board meals to experience their breakfast and dinner buffet.

I absolutely loved the stay! everyone was so professional and such well trained staff. I personally want to compliment front desk Ruchita & the housekeeping staff. they are so kind well trained and helpful making my stay pleasant. the food ambience stay hygiene everything is spot on. I can’t find a single flaw about this place. I wil definitely try to stay here every time I visit Chennai.

An easy location and address to point out to cab and auto drivers, for people arriving into Chennai. Meets your expectations - not an over the top setup, but great staff and amenities more than make up for it.

love the hospitality. the staff right from the front desk to the kitchen is very cordial and extremely hospitable. I have been staying for almost a month and I have to give special mentions to the whole of the staff here. 1. Mr. Satish- the chef 2. Mr. Santosh 3. Mr. sharif 4. Mr. naveen kumar and the other staff who’s names I didn’t get to know but thank you for being so kind and making it a home away from home.

Everything was very good. Great location, spacious room, courteous staff, and amazing breakfast. I even lost my key card by mistake but I was given a new one without any extra charges. Thanks for a comfortable and hassle free stay. Will definitely visit again.

The prices of room service dining menu are a bit on the higher side. Rest everything was fine.

Breakfast and Dinner buffets were very good. For breakfast the chef was on hand to freshly prepare omelets and Dosa. Fresh juices, Lassi, milkshake, hot tea, coffee were also included. This was amazing. For dinner, freshly prepared roti and Naans were also prepared as part of the buffet service. Front Desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Hotel Manager was very friendly and courteous.

Rooms were slightly on the small size. But to be honest it really did not matter as the helpful and courteous staff along with the excellent Breakfast and Dinner Service made all the difference.

We spent two nights,breakfast was v good,all waiting staff v helpful and smiling in restaurant.Eager to help.Sitar music was played ,as i thought why not some traditional instrumental music.Lovely the staff took on board.Reception staff also v helpful.thank you as first visit to Chennai.

Location not near temples near Marina so as traffic long ride.Bathroom door creating less space as open inwards.

Room was clean. Atmosphere was good. Recommended for couples.

Basic medical tablets were not available with hotel staff. Nearby pharmacy doesn't provide medicines during nighttime even though they are 24/7. working Pharmacy was very far from the Hotel.
