Tower Room was amazing...loved the space and the decor. It was a one nights stay yet memorable. We ordered some samosas and chicken to snack in the room....delicious. Had a good experience at the Cheroot Malt & Cigar Lounge trying out cocktails from the Cholatails menu......was truly impressed with the liquid poetry curated! Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

The buffet breakfast was a good spread and delicious, the staff are very polite and attentive, the room was spacious and very clean with all the emenities you can possibly want. The property is huge and enough to get lost however eventually you get used to this. As part of the itc 1 club house the most delighful surprise was the luxury hour with unlimited drinks and snacks in one of the lounges. Thank you to your team for making my stay a special one. I will definitely visit again.

The housekeeping didn't attend my room to prep it up for the day until 5:30pm which is late but I guess since ITC is a huge property, these things may occur from time to time.

The Chola Suite is very spacious and nicely laid out. The room is clean, bedding is crisp white and beautiful and the toiletries are high quality lotions and products. Swimming pools were clean. Service at the pools were prompt and friendly. Staff were all friendly. Madras pavilion food was good with excellent varieties available our kids could eat for free! Breakfast can get busy but we never waited more than 10 minutes for a table. Service was better than the last time we came in 2023. Airport pick up went very smoothly. Check in and check out periods are busy so would advise to try check in a little bit earlier or later to avoid peak time waiting.

They were busy painting and renovating outside so our view was a bit obscured with scaffolding during our stay. Payments during check in and check out are unclear and required follow up to ensure we were not accidentally double charged.

Amazing property to get into. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The best thing about the hotel - Guest relation, my attender name is Keerthiga they listen to our feedback and take action immediately. I came here for my 1st anniversary celebration. One day before I spoke to keerthiga and informed about my anniversary, she was like suggested me about the surprise and made it very properly. This is my 1st time visit in ITC I never seen the person like keerthiga in any other hotel. She was like very humble and kindness person. I really appreciate her for doing her great job. Thank you ITC team for making my wonderful day.

I liked the cleanliness and general service. Breakfast was also very good. The room itself was very nice and had all the facilities expected of a service apartment. The spa was good too. The hotel itself was so big and grand. Loved the guards. Monica was very helpful to arrange for transport to the airport on time and change to a bigger vehicle last minute.

The location on the Guindy main road was not at an intersection so depending on the direction you wanted to go it could be a hassle when combined with traffic. The serviced apartment facilities seemed unused and not perfectly maintained (basically, I've seen better)

The place is very beautiful. The room is extremely spacious. The team who attended to us muskin, sushmita( the reception lady who attended for the check in ) were top notch.

The things that didn't perk me up were. 1) The tamil channels were extremely limited. I'm not sure why it's chennai, and the channels are so limited. More channels on the news. Foreigners like me we watch news in the room? Please look into this. This is something that has to be addressed. I spent other nights in other chennai Hotels, and the tamil channels had so many varieties that we did want to leave the room also. Here, we had to leave the room as we had nothing to see. 2) I feel the room there wasn't any ventilation, so we spent most of the time at the pool area. 3) The technology in the IPad needs to be improved.

Comfortable and pleasant stay.. good location and facilities, comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool.

Some distracted employees pretended not to see the customer.. discontent with breakfast. poor salad and cheese corner. no smoked salmon, cold salad. The disadvantages were the appearance of cockroaches in the room, no tissues in the washroom of common area, and women's shower room next to the swimming pool was not cleaned. A small number of staff were too busy at Happy hour time in Lounge. Since the hotel is large, it will be useful to customers if the map within the hotel is arranged everywhere.

Keerthiga, the guest relation executive was in contact with me from before my stay, making sure my check in and room selection process was smooth. exceptional service by her. Making sure we get whatever we need including the room being ready before time. Itc is an experience, not just a stay. the rooms are spectacular with new features. Ottimo restaurant in particular has the best Italian in india, the chef is highly commendable. a perfect stay for anyone travelling to chennai.

i would love some more eggless dessert options in the buffet

Everything about the hotel is excellent. Great staffs, especially Breakfast. Food choice is extraordinary.

Check in. Hopefully if there is a communication issue related to booking, its good to give the guest room first then sort any issues rather than asking guest to wait. The booking itself should assure room avsilability. We are dealing with 5 star hotel. There should be mutual respect and mutual understanding. Asking guests to wait in the middle of the night is not a 5 star service

Spacious room, speedy room service and responsive housekeeping services. Excellent breakfast buffet options and good tasting food. The driver services organised by the hotel for airport pick up and travel around town worked really well. The toiletries provided by the hotel is really amazing!! Most staff can speak reasonable English.

Outside of the building really needs a new layer of paint or renovations. When we stopped outside I had doubts we made the right decision… but inside is ok. Being in Chennai I feel more staff can speak Tamil instead of Hindi. General service orientation of staff is average (yes they are friendly but no they are not good waiters / waitresses).
