The staff’s warm hospitality and exceptional service truly stood out, with a special mention to Gopi at the front desk for his outstanding support. Unlike other ibis properties we have visited, the service here was remarkable, setting a great example in guest satisfaction. The late checkout courtesy was much appreciated, making our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Coimbatore—looking forward to returning!

I've been always a fan of IBIS, this is my 2nd stay in cbe location and as always i enjoyed it This time the front desk was super friendly especially Ms.Pavithra, the check-in checkout was super easy with her while we were checking in, she had a wonderful friendly conversation with a big bright smile. She helped us with a lot of information. Infact when I went to the front desk from the gym the next day , she saw my knee cap and asked with concern if I was okay and if I was hurt. There was nothing major but the ventilation in washroom could be better, it's always wet They stopped complimentary breakfast, that was an added advantage but now it's gone
