During our recent trip to Coimbatore, we chose to stay at Ibis City Centre, and we are so glad we did! Location: The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Coimbatore. Tourist attractions, temples, and shopping areas are just a short distance away. Lakshmi Mills is right across the street, offering a variety of cafes, shops, and Lulu Supermarket. Additionally, the renowned Ananda Restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away. Transportation: The hotel provides ample parking space for those driving. For those using public transport, auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available. The airport is only 6 km away, and the railway station is a convenient 3 km from the hotel. Room: We stayed in a standard twin room, which was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room had wooden flooring, excellent air-conditioning, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Though the bathroom was compact, it met our expectations. Service: The front desk team was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They provided us with all the information we needed, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. Their prompt assistance added to the overall positive experience. Food: We ordered in-room dining and tried the vegetarian aglio olio and vegetarian fried rice, both of which were absolutely delicious! Though we missed the breakfast due to an early start for temple visits, we are confident it would have been equally enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly Easy checkin checkout When i had to checkout 45 mins late, they were happy to say yes The morning buffet was amazing! Kitchen staff "Sangeetha" helped us a lot! She was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Always has a smile on her face She would walk to us and ask if we need anything and also inform us in advance before the buffet closes so we can grab more food before closure Inspire of being on a busy street the rooms were pretty quite. Gym was decent Easy access to Lulu market IBIS always allows us to order food from outside rather than asking us to order only from nt restaurant, this shows they care about us and not just money. Room service was good. They have a small fridge inside. My first choice always would be IBIS and I'll definitely suggest IBIS. Thank you for such beautiful memories! Your catchy reception music is going to give me nostalgic feeling about my stay ❤️

From the moment I arrived, the security team was helpful with my baggage, and the front office team gave a warm welcome. Check-in was quick and efficient, with the staff explaining all the hotel amenities in detail. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel, which is clearly well-maintained. The housekeeping team was always approachable and attentive on the floors. I also want to highlight the breakfast spread—the restaurant team was highly engaging, asking for guest preferences and offering great suggestions based on likes and dislikes. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I was lucky to get a front-facing room with a great view, and I must mention how clean everything was, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel’s facilities were also top-notch—especially the breakfast and gym areas, both of which were spotless. Plus, the location is ideal, right across from LuLu Mall, which made things very convenient. A bonus is the Wi-Fi, which is fast, but if you need even more speed, the hotel offers a membership that provides premium high-speed internet. The team was quick to enroll me in it, and it made working remotely a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend ibis Coimbatore City Centre!

The staff interaction right from check in to check out was very exceptional, warm and hospitable - each and every staff right from the managers to the F & B and housekeeping staff. I liked it very much when i saw a hearing challenged boy who was cleaning my room.. What a novel way to give opportunities to the challenged hearing staff.. They never get a chance to interact and they keep doing their job in quiet... I wish more hotels take note of this and employ more speaking and hearing challenged people

The room could have been more cleaner. The linen and towels do need a replacment for sure. The beds are also worn out and sink too much !!

Staff was polite and kind. Especially a big thank you to Rahul Anna at the Reception, he solved all my enquiries quickly and promptly, he helped me to find a good dental clinic in Coimbatore, he called up a clinic to ask more information about my question. He called a taxi, when I requested, another time, he also helped me to call an autoriksha, he went outside of a hotel to speak to the driver, as the latter didn't speak English, so Rahul helped me to communicate with a driver. Also, he kindly called a foreign currency exchange office, per my request, gave me a contact number of the office. And on the last day, when I requested, he gave me a complimentary check out @2pm, instead of 12pm. I can't thank you enough Rahul Anna, for you 5 star service, and kind attitude, a heartfelt gratitude for all your help. Breakfast had good choice, restaurant staff was very helpful and polite, as a foreigner I didn't have a clue about most foods offered, they kindly explained all.

Bed linen and towels were not clean when I checked in, towels smelled like a men cologne. After calling the Reception, they changed it in front of me. When AC is switched off, the bathroom had weird old smell and urine smell combined, from sewage/ pipes, canalisation smell, no matter how much they cleaned it every day, the smell was persistent. And since the windows can't be opened in this hotel, the smell was horrible, I could even feel it when bathroom door was closed.

Location is excellent. Staff is polite and competent. Special thank you to Rahul Anna @ the Reception, he helped me to find a good dental clinic in Coimbatore, he called up the clinic to ask more information regarding my question, he also helped me to find a currency exchange office, he also called them up, gave me thier contact details. Rahul Anna also helped me book an autoriksha on app. Last but not least, upon request, they granted a complimentary check out @14.00, instead of 12pm. Rahul Anna, I can't thank you enough for your 5 star service and, kind and professional attitude.

I had a fantastic stay at ibis Coimbatore City Centre. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right opposite Lulu Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that ensured a restful sleep every night. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues visiting Coimbatore.

The parking was cramped but then it's normal for hotels in city center Some may find the room small but since we traveled a lot, we kinda knew what to expect It was good for our 2 days stay
