Unlike other ibis properties we have visited, the service here was remarkable, setting a great example in guest satisfaction. The late checkout courtesy was much appreciated, making our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Coimbatore—looking forward to returning!

I've been always a fan of IBIS, this is my 2nd stay in cbe location and as always i enjoyed it This time the front desk was super friendly especially Ms.Pavithra, the check-in checkout was super easy with her while we were checking in, she had a wonderful friendly conversation with a big bright smile. She helped us with a lot of information. Infact when I went to the front desk from the gym the next day , she saw my knee cap and asked with concern if I was okay and if I was hurt. Kudos to her for being such a friendly receptionist. Will absolutely recomend Ibis to anyone

There was nothing major but the ventilation in washroom could be better, it's always wet They stopped complimentary breakfast, that was an added advantage but now it's gone

Everyone was super friendly Easy checkin checkout When i had to checkout 45 mins late, they were happy to say yes The morning buffet was amazing! Kitchen staff "Sangeetha" helped us a lot! She was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Always has a smile on her face She would walk to us and ask if we need anything and also inform us in advance before the buffet closes so we can grab more food before closure Inspire of being on a busy street the rooms were pretty quite. Gym was decent Easy access to Lulu market IBIS always allows us to order food from outside rather than asking us to order only from nt restaurant, this shows they care about us and not just money. Room service was good. They have a small fridge inside. My first choice always would be IBIS and I'll definitely suggest IBIS. Thank you for such beautiful memories! Your catchy reception music is going to give me nostalgic feeling about my stay ❤️
