Staff was polite and kind. Especially a big thank you to Rahul Anna at the Reception, he solved all my enquiries quickly and promptly, he helped me to find a good dental clinic in Coimbatore, he called up a clinic to ask more information about my question. He called a taxi, when I requested, another time, he also helped me to call an autoriksha, he went outside of a hotel to speak to the driver, as the latter didn't speak English, so Rahul helped me to communicate with a driver. Also, he kindly called a foreign currency exchange office, per my request, gave me a contact number of the office. And on the last day, when I requested, he gave me a complimentary check out @2pm, instead of 12pm. I can't thank you enough Rahul Anna, for you 5 star service, and kind attitude, a heartfelt gratitude for all your help. Breakfast had good choice, restaurant staff was very helpful and polite, as a foreigner I didn't have a clue about most foods offered, they kindly explained all.

Bed linen and towels were not clean when I checked in, towels smelled like a men cologne. After calling the Reception, they changed it in front of me. When AC is switched off, the bathroom had weird old smell and urine smell combined, from sewage/ pipes, canalisation smell, no matter how much they cleaned it every day, the smell was persistent. And since the windows can't be opened in this hotel, the smell was horrible, I could even feel it when bathroom door was closed.

Location is excellent. Staff is polite and competent. All staff pleasant. Breakfast is offering good choices. I didn't try the restaurant for dinner, the hotel is well located, in front of a big maul, close to restaurants, museum, nightlife.

Limestone in all the corner of the shower. Door bedroom and the door frame are not well matching, hard to close the door. Hopefully a bell is ringing when the door remain open.

The location is great, right in front of the Lulu Hypermart and just off the Avinashi Road with easy accessibility to most places. Right next door is one of the best Anandhas outlets too.

The breakfast falls short a little. The spread is good but quality in terms of freshness and taste is lacking. The toilet needs more vents and some overhauling to avoid the lingering stench.

We liked the check-in process. It was a sort of self-check-in. The room was clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. We also had dinner at the hotel which was also good. The check-out process was seamless too. We thought that the rooms were designed in a manner so as to utilize each and every bit of space which is smart. Often, I had seen people complaining about space but you don't go to the hotel to be in the room for a longer period. Eating options were also plenty.

Well, this is tough. Had a bit of sore back the next morning which can be attributed to an overly springy bed. A bit of stiffness would have helped provide extra lumbar support. This is a point for the elderly.

The courtesies and efficiency of front desk , housekeeping and Spice It restaurant staff were exceptionally good . Quality and variety of buffer breakfast and meals was very satisfactory with nothing to complain about . The room was very well furnished and provided with full amenities. Nice location in close proximity to GeeDee Car Museum , Brookefield Mall and places of worship .

The size of the bed was a sore point . We wouldnt have stayed here had we known about this. The very soft mattress made it difficult for us to sleep in a comfortable manner . Fortunately, during our second stay at Ibis within a period of 3 days , this was attended to .

Good breakfast with nice spread Staff were very helpful Since we are senior citizens, staff were ever willing to serve dishes on the table ,in spite of being a Buffet Bfast And the Security staff ever willing to handle our luggage

Delay in room service. Dinner was ordered at 9pm and delivered at 10:30pm. Looked like a staffing issue. Maximum wait time should not exceed 30mins and if it does there should be a courtesy call back from the restaurant to inform the guest about the delay. I, as the guest, had to make repeated calls to the front desk and resturant to check on the status of the food. Also, the order was Veg Theri. Online menu says it comes with curd and papad but i only got the rice. Disappointed with dinner room service.

The breakfast was very good and the staff especially Santosh made us feel at home despite his extremely busy workdays, as we observed. The location seemed central too.

We thought the room service staff could do with more training in understanding instructions given in English. Plus, the bathroom items seemed extremely minimalistic including toilet rolls, until we complained.

I found bed bugs in my room which was kind annoying from hotel like ibis but staff was good and they change my room they need to start cleaning room much better
