The Location was easy to find and on top of the main road. The rooms were super quiet and crisp clean. The TV and working space was well designed for comfort. The washrooms were excellent and very clean and tidy.

The Room Service was not upto mark with fresh food. More variety on the menu is essential for travellers other than combo deals. The room colors were a bit odd with extravagant bright colors. Need pastel soothing colors to keep your eyes cool.

The room had a good view and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms have AC and fan and the staff can open the window if necessary. The breakfast had pasta, sandwiches and paratha in addition to a south Indian spread. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were traveling with family who have dietary restrictions - we requested food in room service without any chilies and the food was very tasty. We had a wonderful stay.

Cleanliness, Ambience, Toileteries, tea, coffee sachets, spacious for luggage storage, hangers, lightings, mattress comfort and comfy chair

Not full noise proof, hear the sound of bathroom shower of other room, anyone noise in corridor, door smashing, door spring is very hard and closes fast, room delivered food quantity less bt high price

- The location was perfect for my requirements - The breakfast was very good - Room service was prompt and quick

- The bed and pillows could have been better - Noise from the floor above and rooms next door would creep in at times.

Stayed for a night enroute to Alleppey. The stay and the room was comfortable, staff was very friendly. It was Diwali and they let us play sparkles at the gate. Was humbled! Breakfast was ok, probably they reason there were not many guests at the hotel during Diwali. Quick check in and check out!

Staffs are very polite.Place very nearer to all tourist places at Coimbatore. Very cleanly maintained rooms.Breakfast is awesome.Good parking space.24 hours hot water.. Very hygienic rooms..We opted for a suit room..Really spacious and royal..Good for family. Very calm place..

it isa good property , staffs are excellent and breakfast ,lunch and dinner ,good food and nicely maintained with cleanliness, but rate has to belittle more to less . you can expect business people to come . but central reservation team is pathetic need to be taken control by hotel

Great location & rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Shower gel & shampoo not that great. Would have preferred a branded ones. Card access in elevator was a pain. I was stuck for sometime while checking in, as my access were not enabled.

Awesome as usual zibe coimbatore is our first preference and they never fail to meet our expectations...polite staffs....Swift room service....best house keeping.... thank you team for making our stay wonderful each and every time...

There is no match for their exceptional service.....great staffs and clean and spacious rooms....our suite room was really spacious and was perfect for family having kids.....their hospitality was unmatchable...had great stay and I highly recommend for families to stay...
