Great place to unwind and relax. One of the best hotels that offers class and nativity. Stay to experience the comfort. The location was central to the city access. Breakfast spread was good and offered wide choices. Good start to the day. Overall the property was clean and well maintained . Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms had a good ambience and were kept tidy and presentable to stay. A little bit more space for the price would have been good. Reaching out for Room service via IPort was comfortable and resulted in prompt responses.

Pool area looked a bit cramped. A little bit of privacy and separate area would make it enjoyable .

The room was fantastic. Slept so soundly on the comfortable bed. Loved the buffet breakfast spread too. Hotel staff Bridget who worked at the lobby was such a joy to meet. She was friendly and ensured that we were enjoying our stay in the hotel. Kudos to her for her professional demeanor.

The staff at the checking in counter was rather unfriendly. Kowsalya who processed our check in was unenthusiastic and impersonal. Did not even see a smile on her face. Checking out was a smooth process but we waited at least 15 minutes for our luggage. The staff was informed to bring our luggage down from our room but he had forgotten to do so and was seen rushing up to do so when reminded by us.

The bed was very comfortable and big. The food was tasty. The room lighting, tv, air con and curtains were all controlled through their iPad. Fast check in and out. Iron and board was requested and they fulfilled it. The hotel interior and exterior design and Christmas decoration was too beautiful and welcoming.

Everything was perfect except their customer service was overwhelming that it caused disturbance during our 1 day stay. Phone calls from reception when the "do not disturb" light was on. Staff tend to ring the door bell even to ask if we have any laundry and on another occasion wanted to check the mini bar when I have already informed the reception to do it later as we were getting ready for check out. Another instance, we ordered breakfast to be served to our room and told them to clear when we check out but unfortunately they ring the door bell an hour later asking if they can clear. I just wanted to have a peaceful stay but it was not as peaceful as I wanted.

I had an extraordinary 3-week stay at Residency Tower Coimbatore. It's not just because the hotel was perfect, but the environment and the welcoming attitude of the employees made me feel at home. I've traveled around the world for the past 8 months, and this is the only place where I've experienced such a combination of luxurious 5-star hotel experience and a warm family vibe. The entire staff, including doormen, reception, cleaning, and restaurant teams, were nice and efficient in their work. Special mentions go to John, Jutu, Muthu, Saravanan, and the rest of the team for making my stay memorable

The property was excellent and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The in-house restaurant was very nice with eclectic food. The highlight was the comfortable desk in room where I could catch up with my work peacefully.

There was a slight glitch in the check-in process. Me and my parents reached the hotel by 0700 pm and the staff took over an hour to get the room ready with no apologies or anything.

Loved everything about it! The location, lobby, good sized rooms and service. Breakfast was scrumptious and with a vast variety of items. Bathroom size is ok, but on the smaller side..

The bathroom (Room 415) could do with some new fixtures. The washbasin made gurgling sound every time we used it. The bathroom could be made soundproof too. Anytime anyone used it, the person in the room could hear everything, the tap, flush etc.

Very good spread of local food for breakfast. The room control with touch screen pad was excellent surprise. loved it. The staff were very courteous.

Service at the restaurant was inconsistent. The staff were not genuine. On the first day, they went out of their way to serve but the next day they ignored us, specially when the manager left. The room floor could be better carpeted rather then the flimsy parquet.

Everything, especially the variety of breakfast spread, which included traditional Indian food and detoxifying drinks and juices. Such detailed preparation with an interesting menu that satisfied us. Special commendation goes to the friendly bellboy, Mr Muthu, who assisted us in various ways, taking the initiative to get a spare key when we lost ours without us asking. All the hotel staff that we met were courteous and made us feel very welcomed.

Maybe an iron with ironing board in the room would have been greater.

Food in the Pavilion restaurant was good. In room service was good. Airport drop off and pick up was good.

Limited to 2 Airport drop offs and pick ups. We flew domestically, and had to pay out of pocket for additional drop offs and pick ups. Seemed like nickel-and-diming, especially when we had stayed for 8 nights, and paid quite a bit. Also, we skipped breakfast on 3 days, would've been good to offer dinner access to days we missed breakfast. It would be nice to have a small convenience store inside the hotel, similar to 7-eleven types. I needed to get a cough drop for my wife (halls / strepsils), front desk staff were useless in this request. I ended up walking down to the nearest pharmacy to get it. I'd expect such requests to be handled gladly by a 5-star hotel!

Better than the multinational hotel chains The ratio of staff to guests was very good... Starting with the valet for parking... Check-in reception.. housekeeping... Restaurant staff... Health club... Everywhere...
